Spice of Lebanon?
I've been binging on "Al Hayba" on Netflix which has provided an incisive and revelatory view of Lebanese society. Much like Italians, the Lebanese like to eat and indulge in the art of cuisine. I routinely researched the names of dishes that came up during episodes and saw that baharat was an ingredient that routinely reappeared. Hard to classify or describe, but it's not a sharp peppery taste, more like a cinnamon (another popular ingredient in Lebanon). It works great on meat (beef, chicken and pork), and will be a welcome variety among your tried and true blends. Well worth the price and at 7 ounces it's a bargain.

Oh, someone tell me spice is life!
Whats not to like about this wonderful, aromatic mixture of spices! It's so versatile and can be used on meats, fish and other dishes like Arayes meat mixtures with freshly homemade pita breads with your side dipping tzatziki sauce! Excellent spice mixture, fresh, adds a lot of taste and aromatic! Thank you

Baharat...where have you been all my life?
I love this spice blend! When I first had it at a restaurant I bought this- and I put it in every single things I made for about a month. It is great on any kind of meat- just baharat and salt, marinate over night and perfection! I think it is also good in rice. Before steaming I cook it all: a little oil, onion, baharat and rice. It's a great blend that smells great and comes in a sealed pouch. Plus, at a great price!

A whole new world for me
Bought this on a whim to make a particular recipe, and love it so much that I use it frequently. In fact, going to have to get more very soon. The flavors are incredible, and everything I make with it is a huge success.

Love love this spice
This Baharat space is delicious! I use it on my eggs in the morning or when I make my own version of shashuk! It’s got a nice space to it but not overbearing! Great quality highly recommend
