Bonbo Front Rear Wheel Axle Nut Socket Tool for Ducati Motorcycle ATVs Super Bike 1098 1198 1199 Panigale Multistrada Diavel (30mm + 55mm)

This socket is exactly what I was looking for. It fits the front and rear wheel nuts on my 2009 Ducati 1198S and 2010 Ducati Multistrada 1200 perfectly. Don't mind the other reviews stating the socket has a tight fit. They must have revised the design because it fits great and snug like a socket should, but slips easily on and off. You can't beat the price either for such a well made, heavy-steel socket.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is partially my bad. I ordered anticipating working on the bike. Ended up not needing it for 2 more years after purchase so I don't expect to return it lol. It DOES NOT FIT. I cannot get it to fit and it's made specifically for my bike. I would not recommend buying, I would however recommend going to a southern tools and picking up a 55mm socket. It'll be on a 3/4 in drive but that's what it is.Functionality:doesn't fit the intended nut

This is a well made and effective STEEL socket for the huge Ducati wheel nut. Don't be tempted by the alloy versions, they aren't anything like as effective at getting the notoriously difficult wheel nut off!

This will not fit fully over a 2020 V2 panigale rear axle nut. It measures like it will, but like other buyers have discovered it does not fully seat. No way this going to remove that axle nut. I wouldn't trust it to tighten this axle nut either. No.

This product will be used on my track only Ducati to expediate rear and front wheel tyre changes.

Still couldn't get the rear swing arm nut off, no reflection on the adaptor, didn't slip or move, just Ducati must have welded the nut on

I already have an aluminum socket to install the castle nuts on the rear axle of my Ducati motorcycles but it’s not rated for use with an impact wrench. To use an impact wrench to remove the nuts I needed to get a steel socket. The first steel socket I ordered wouldn't fit on either of the two standard Ducati nuts (one from a 2009, one from a 2023) or the custom aluminum nut I have. Figuring it was just an isolated manufacturing error I returned the first socket and got another socket from the same supplier. That second steel socket also wouldn't fit on any of the Ducati nuts so this one is also being returned. Since these are manufactured in China I don’t know if the supplier can fix them but they should NOT go back on the shelf. Note the front socket does fit on the front axle nut.
