Best robovac I've ever owned!
I've had this robovac for a few days now and I'm very happy with its performance! It does great job cleaning the floors, despite my dog's blanket of shedding frustrating the efforts of most vacuums. The navigation of the robovac is also one of the best I've seen. Whereas previous models I've tried just randomly bump around the house until they run out of battery, this model navigates the house in an efficient manner and is responsive to map updates.Getting the most out of this robovac requires a little bit of work on the front end on the app, helping the companion app define rooms on the floorplan it develops on the mapping run. But this only took a few minutes and is well worth the convince gained by not having to block off rooms you want it to avoid. No notes, great product!

VERY SATISFIED
L60 version of Eury robotic vacuum with self-empty home base worked beautifully in our home. The hallway, bedroom and rec room of our lower level are completely carpeted (839 Sq Ft), so the L60 without mop features fit the needs. Quick setup meant connecting the approach ramp of the home base, peeling the plastic protection stickers, and plugging the base into a wall outlet.Once placed upon the home base, the vacuum took off attempting to map the area. Initially, the area was too large for the charge in the battery. The vacuum returned to the home base and re-charged. Subsequent, vacuuming session mapped out the entire area perfectlyThe app is informative and allows you to tell the vacuum to "go home" when unwanted vacuuming sessions occur. The app confirms the mapping and navigation of the vacuum, but with just a look at the carpet and we can see where the vacuum has been. The area covered is very thorough and appears clean. I have no idea how much dirt is being collected as the dirt is collected in a bag within the home base. I will know more after I change the bag at 30 days of use. The app is designed to remind me when the bag needs to be changed. Scheduling the vacuuming session on the app is very intuitive.CONCLUSION - Very satisfied initially with the performance, price and build quality. I can not speak about endurance yet. I will modify this review if problems occur. March 2025UPDATE - We are more than satisfied with this purchase. The weekly vacuuming of the 839 square feet occurs Sunday night at 11:00. We do not sleep on that floor, so we are sleepy is not disturbed. It takes an 60 minutes to complete the vacuuming session. The debris collection bag had to be replaced once and it was a easy, simple job. The vacuuming does not produce significant noise, but the vacuum discharge of debris and hair cutting function is noisier than standard vacuuming. The battery is sufficient to power the vacuum for the full 60 minutes required to vacuum the area. The enemy of this vacuum are wires. Wires on the floor will mess things up. 15 minutes of effort organizing your wires and cables will save you many, many hours of vacuuming. It is well worth the effort of getting your wires and cables organized. June 2025

First, I am a huge fan of Anker/Eufy and have a ton of their products - from charging to power banks to smart door locks and even a Eufy G40. I have used them satisfactorily for years but I don't know if I will after my most recent experience. I have had a G40 model for almost 2 years and grabbed this at Christmas as a gift for myself to upgrade and move the G40 to the upstairs. It was a mistake. The features sound great, but it wasn't a couple of months before it stopped working completely.Pros:1.) It has a fancy map my previous model did not. It can be edited to block off areas instead of physically moving things to stop the vacuum from going near cords that may be under furniture or down steps which was really important to me as I have a couple of rooms that are a step down and my previous vacuum had to be blocked with a baby gate. This was fantastic!2.) Self emptying and auto roller brush hair cutter. Super win!Problems:1.) It gets stuck constantly. It would stop in the middle of the room with a roller brush stuck error. I would pick it up and look at it and the brush was clean, telling it to resume would allow it to continue on. This would happen half dozen times during a cleaning cycle. If you ran it unsupervised the battery would have just drained and died waiting for you to hit the resume button.2.) Sometimes it would get lost and instead of returning to base when the battery was low it would circle around a room until depleted. The base is in the center hall of the house and not obstructed by any furniture. The map is correct. I had not rearranged the house.3.) It cannot handle moving across carpet. It would constantly complain about being stuck (not the same roller brush error) when moving across low pile rugs that the G40 never had an issue with. This was rather comical as it has massive monster truck wheels and a suspension that the G40 did not yet it couldn't go across a rug without problems.4.) It would frequently lose connection to the wifi/base station and I would have to reset the wifi. The router is 10 feet away with no obstructions between the base and the router. The G40 is on a whole different level of the house and still does not do this.5.) Eventually it stopped cutting the roller brush and stop emptying the dust bin. It would announce it was doing these things but did not do them. Finally over a week ago I tried to use it for a room cleaning, it left the station, then stopped a foot away. The battery was dead. I reseated the battery, cleaned the contacts, all the suggestions from the support site and it still wouldn't work. Powering on shows it's at 1%, pushing it into the base charger results in "charging" then when it gets to 3% it shuts down and drains again. I contacted support, did these suggestions a second time as recommended, same result. Sent them the requested video of it doing nothing. They said they would replace it if this didn't result in a solution. I replied it did not and got a second email telling me to do these same steps a third time and that they did not promise to replace it and to show them where they said they would (it's literally in a previous email on the same support ticket). I responded with that info and asked if they had additional suggestions and it has been radio silence.I am currently sitting here with a dead vacuum, outside of the return window, & dusty dirty floors.
