I was hesitant about this item, but read about it in a book written by a doctor that has fibromyalgia, "The Fibro Manual", which I highly recommend. Purchased it and used it last night. Was amazing!! It hurt really bad for about the first 5 minutes, but then, cleared up most of my pain in my neck, hip, lower and upper back, and knee.

My physio recommended this. It solves my neck and hip issues in five minutes. Highly recommend.

Light weight, sturdy yet comfortable. My physio suggested it for me. It helps position my neck and head which is what I need it for to retrain and ease head tilt, neck strain and pain. Have been using gradually every other day and so far so good! Supportive product. Make sure to follow guidelines of where to position it.
