Easy to add/remove weight, comfortable on ankle, easily adjustable.

These weights were perfect. They are adjustable for the amount of weight. They work both on the ankles and on the arms to fit product.

These are nice weights, however they do have a couple issues that I am having with them. The measurements say ankles from 7.5 inches. My ankles are 7.5 inches, yet the weights slide around because even with folding the edge over to tighten the velcro more, it is still too loose on my ankle. I am only using 2 packs right now and that may change when I increase the weight and it takes up more space up on it. While walking, they slide around until they are hurting my ankle and I have to stop and turn them. The description says 1 pound per weight. It is not, it is only 15.4 oz per weight but when you weight the whole belt it is 5 lbs. Just saying the packs of sand are not 1 pound each. They are not easy to put on and off for me. Mostly putting on as the velcro is a wide long strap and getting it secured takes a bit. The other issue is that the top of the holder comes up to show the bags. This may or may not be an issue unless the bag gets hit on something that tears it open. Overall they are nice, just not a good fit for such a small person even though they say they are. I do recommend them, just be aware of the facts stated above.
