OK, I am 5'9" and weigh 185lbs. I have an athletic build, MEANING: I have a 44-46R Chest and a 32-33Waist. In the gym 4-5days/week, lifting weights, cardio and play in a competitive beer ice hockey league. The reason I spell all this out is because many people have said the "sizes run way small." NOPE. Problem is most people think that a 6'4, 350lb linebacker with a gut overhang is an "Athletic Build." NOPE...that's overweight. Please, when you make the comment "it runs small" include your height, weight, chest and waste sizes because that will help the rest of us determine the sizing. That being said I bought the pants in XL and had to return them because I am swimming in them and re-ordered them in large. However, I am keeping the XL shirts because they fit me great and snug. Wearing them both for ice hockey to go under my equipment, so then need to be "snug" but not tight or loose. The quality of these rival that of expensive name brands and the material is nice and soft, comfortable and breathable. Looking forward to using them this coming fall for hockey and running when the temps are cooler but not requiring a thermal yet. Price is perfect!

Fits really nice, keeps me cool when I get hot and keeps me warm when I get cold. I wish the arms were a bit more elastic so I could roll them up for work. But overall very solid product. 👍

Fit great. This is a must have if you are working in an area like I occasionally do, a walk in cooler with 3 compartment sink. Ordered Small in this shirt too. It's a little more stretchy which can work better and it's a little more breathable. I use as deep pressure sensory shirt and sometimes as an extra base layer to keep warm in winter. It wicks away moisture, so if it's hot and there's a constant breeze and/or it's dry outside you won't overheat like you would in a normal thin long sleeve. You might have to spritz water on your arms if you start feeling uncomfortable but you will quickly see what I mean about cooling effect as it dries quickly. I also it's perfect if you work in a refrigerated food production area, especially when doing dishes, because it shields you from the frigid air trapping a little warm air next to the skin but when your sleeves get wet despite your best efforts, they dry quickly to your not as frozen & miserable as cotton would leave you. Plus this shirt seems to resist odors as far as I can tell. I work, workout, ride a bike through town ect in this shirt all the way until the temperature outside gets above 85°F with humidity above 80%, I have worn it as well in 90°F super dry climates and also found it comfortable. Plus if packing as a backup layer, it packs much smaller than most shirts.

They seem to have good quality for the price in terms of fabric and stitching. The user was expecting a little more compression in the chest and belly area. They are tight in the arms, but not as much in other areas compared to other brands. The sweat dries fast enough.
