Awesome customer service! First of all!I bought this after I bought the water filter seven stage system when I moved into an older house that has well water. The instructions were very straightforward and installation was pretty simple to matter of making sure you have space and electrical outlets where you're installing the system.The filters are pretty simple to switch out. I recommend sanitizing the system between filter changes and getting a TDS or total dissolved solids monitor to check the water quality to get an estimation of when to change the filters if you want to change them before the prescribed time.Customer services, Mr. Don, was absolutely top-notch. I called when I had some questions about one of the filters. They changed the way the connectors work on one of the stages and included an adapter. But they also gave me a new filter because I inadvertently snapped one of the connectors off and the customer service send me a new filter free of charge and they were very professional and courteous.It's nice to have US based tech support!

Had this system for a long time time for replacements, Great product. I had to convert a couple things but was super easy and had everything needed.2 info tips:1 make sure you disconnect the 3rd stage tube and turn on water and flush water into bowl for a min after replacing first three stages to blow out the loose carbon helps maintain life of osmosis filter.2nd after everything has been replaced run the tank dry 2-3 times. Then leave it running for 5 mins to flush the system out, otherwise you will get a off or funky taste which comes off the new filters until they have been flushed properly.Other then that water tastes great afterwards and for a long time. Beats bottled water any day.

This has everything you'll need when you refresh your system. It came with some extra JG fittings, which is great since it can be easy to break some of them when removing the old filters.

This set of filters with UV bulb completes my yearly maintenance for the Ispring RO system. Quality filters at a decent price.

I ordered a 3 year supple for 100 gpd 7 stage ro. When I received package the box was labeled with the correct part number when I opened the box was completely full but it was missing 6 alkaline filters and had the wrong ro membrane. I didnt open the box for 6 months after ordering. When I opened I found out what happened. I contacted I spring 123 filter direct and they shipped me the missing filters and correct ro membrane right away. Will definitely keep using their products

Quality filters. Not fun to try to fit yourself in under the sink to switch out. Good instructions. We got it. Will buy again

Included everything I needed for the 7 stage water filter. The coconut shell filter had a different connection so had to improvise connections but if you kept all the spare parts when you bought the water filter system you will have everything to hook it up no problem. Customer service from seller is non existent as I sent multiple messages for advice and to date have never received a response . other than customer service the product is great. Thank you

I have used the ispring water filtration system for a number of years and have found that it has performed to what was promised and more. Getting technical support on what replacement filters to get was handled very well.

I ordered a 7 stage RO system from iSpring back in 2019. It was pretty straightforward to install and was working very well until recently. The problem was the flush solenoid was starting to fail. I contacted Sean at iSpring and without blinking an eye he sent me a replacement! Where can you find customer service like that these days? Cheers to great drinking water!

We use the system since more than 5 years and it works amazing. The only problem is that replacement parts (filter housing) are almost impossible to get.
