Worth it, multiple reasons.
If you're contemplating buying this, just go ahead and do it. I use it for my gopro, and it works like a charm. Yes, Unity Tactical also sells a KNUCKL mount which can hold multiple products, but it's also more expensive. You can use this to mount a flashlight, gopro, or other products. It makes little to no difference in the gap between your ear and the PELTOR headphone. I have a setup on my helmet to where I use a Princeton TEC MPLS on the right side, and behind it I have my headset, where i installed the mount to use my gopro. This is a solid product, it includes it own screws too, which is helpful. Definitely get if you want a camera mount but still want to use a NVG or if you want to use a big flashlight like surefire or something.
