Did some research before purchasing this as a gift for my wife. She still uses it daily and has had no issues with it. Great battery life when on the go, great quality, perfect size for multitasking and a bright vivid screen for streaming or watching videos outdoors. I would definitely recommend getting one if you are in the fence.

Bought it as a gift, but I set it up before delivering it. Really sharp display. Lightweight for a 15.6". Good sound. I like the backlit keyboard. IMO, touch screen on a traditional laptop is of little use (but giftee wanted it). Touchpad confused me greatly. I couldn't figure out how to access right button functions. Eventually discovered it does have left and right button functionality at the bottom of the pad, but I didn't see any visual indication of that. (I have been using mice since 1978 and generally plug one in for anything more than a brief session). All around a very nice laptop.

Excelente pc

I'm a software developer. I need a laptop that can handle the stress of databases and development environments. This is NOT a top-of-the-line high performance machine; but it is a perfectly serviceable machine with enough power to get the job done. Really nice screen Good backlit keyboard Good battery life Good amount of RAM and storage Lightweight I don't really care about the touch screen but it works well and is responsive. Great value for the money!

The laptop arrived on time in pristine physical condition, however when I inserted the charging cord and put it on i noticed that it the battery would not charge and as soon as the power cord came out the laptop would instantly shut down. Upon further diagnostic tests I found out that the battery needed replacement, mind you, the laptop was supposed to be brand new and not "refurbished". Additionally, it was advertised that the laptop had a backlit keyboard, and this was a lie..there was no backlit keyboard

Bought this for my wife as a replacement for her older laptop. It boots up super fast, the keyboard has a wonderful tactile feel and is backlit (a primary feature we wanted) and it’s extremely light in weight. We wish the keys were black instead of silver so the backlighting would stand out more but it’s still a lot better than having no backlit keyboard. My wife is very impatient and used to “multi-tap” a lot of on screen commands which led to frustration and her old laptop sitting in a wait state. This laptop keeps up with her and she loves it

AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PACKING AS IF IT WAS BRAND NEW AND CAME IN SOONER THAN EXPECTED! IT HAS ALOT OF BELLS AND WHISTELS FOR A LOT LOWER PRICE! I GOT IT IN SILVER BUT THAT WAS MY ONLY CHOICE BUT IM DEFINITELY OK WITH THAT! EXCELLENT CONDITION, WORKS GREAT!!! IM LOVIN IT!

I love this laptop. was easy to set up and ready to go. it's very fast. 1st I had with touch screen I find it very handy to use than a mouse most of time, the touch pad is tricky to use as left and right click buttons are built into the pad, takes getting use to getting better at it. over all this laptop is a great value for price and good for every day use. It does great for what I use it for surf the net and watching youtube videos.

Excelente producto relación precio - calidad, ultra ligera , súper rápida, calidad de los gráficos excelente!, buen procesador!, la batería 🔋 dura de 8-10 horas. Trae versión gratuita y básica de office. Cada día presenta un lugar distinto del planeta en el fondo de pantalla lo que hace agradable el inicio de cada día. La calidad de la cámara 📷 ES MAGNÍFICA!! La recomiendo ampliamente!. Lo que deben considerar es que no me dejo realizar factura de este producto ya que es de importación de hecho llego de Costco USA, me regresaron $18 pesos de impuestos 1 mes después... y aún no me dan respuesta de cómo puedo generar factura. Por eso le pongo 4 estrellas.

Muy recomendable en todos sus aspectos, muy rápida enciende en 10 segundos, aunque la redacción del producto dice 8 Gb en RAM, si trae los 16 GB que vienen en la descripción. Todo le funciona perfectamente, la bateria dura poco mas de 3 horas usando varias aplicaciones y musica. ;Muy recomendable

Utilizo este producto para clases en línea y la duración de la batería es muy baja, de 2 a 3 horas en promedio, por lo que tengo que permanecer conectado con el cable la mayor parte del tiempo. Todo lo demás, muy buen equipo.

La compu está muy completa y muy cómoda, rápida, práctica y excelente precio, pantalla táctil muy práctica, teclado completo (numérico), estoy satisfecho con la compra
