Great laptop nice price
The price is very good for spec. Lots of Ram. It more than does what I need. If you want a laptop to last for years without having to upgrade this is a good bet.

Great Product
Really pleased with the laptop.

Arrived quickly
This was dispatched very quickly. The laptop was exactly as described - the first couple of days, the fan was very noticeable and I was worried that I had made a bad decision but after a couple of days, things settled down and the fan only switches on for short (infrequent) periods and at a much lower noise level. The laptop itself is fast and reasonably light for the screen size.

Cheap quality plastic. Laptop overheats.

Lenovo Thinkbook 15
Firstly it was delivered on time almost next day and was well packaged. It was easy to set up very fast to start up, fingerprint log in works very well. Keyboard is backlit and works very well numeric keypad also very useful. The laptop is very fast and has been more than i expected, i am very happy with the product at this time and see no reason for that to change.

Office is NOT included, you have to pay for it separately.
Good finish and easy to use, but there needs to be more standard USB ports on the sides.

Does not charge from usb-c Port
Seems OK generally, but my machine is not chargine from the USB port as advertised. I have contacted lenovo, who advise me to send it to their repair facility - which will take 5-7 working days. For something that is over £1000, you would exprect exerything to work from delivery
