Great product! Works just as well as the name brand but at a fraction of the cost. Used to connect a water softener in the garage. Super simple installation. Helpful hint - Connect your piping first and make a mark for how much pipe goes inside the fitting (it was much more than we assumed it would be). Then use the included tool to disconnect the pipe and cut it to the size needed. No guesswork needed!

I added a water leak detector to my water main to protect my home. I did it with the traditional solder copper couplings. It was fine but needed to be careful with the torch and the nearby framing. I then received warning alerts about the water inlet pressure was too high (~88 psi vs. 80 psi recommended max). I decided to add a Pressure Reduction Valve (PRV) and try the shark-bite couplings for the first time to see how they work. Wow, they were extremely easy to use and work like a champ. I would give the two thumbs up. Great products and highly recommended for anyone who is not comfortable with soldering. Cheers.

these push to connect fittings are great I think they are better than shark bites

Worked as advertised, cheaper than Shark Bites

I used these on a well pressure tank. The worked great with pex. Easy to use and came with a tool to take the pex out of the fitting. I used 5 of these in my setup and run my well pressure at 60psi. NO Leaks.

First time using this Shark Bite knock off! Worked as advertised, very pleased. Much easier than soldering! No leaks, no mess, reusable!

I used this to transition from copper to PVC pipe. Great value and easy install. Make sure to use a plumbers tape to prevent leak on the threaded joint.
