I use ice packs all the time and these are my favorite. They are a great size and they stay cold for a long time.

We like the easy heating/microwave use, the clean packaging, the flexible “fit to the muscle” shape, like a beanbag.

The item itself is wonderful, but the dimensions are not correct. It was supposed to be smaller than the other listing - 7.5 x 1 x 4.5 inches - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002OSWW34/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 but instead it is exactly the same. I was wanting the smaller ones to fit inside a knee/leg wrap, and two of this size won't fit. Drat it!!
