Ecocha Coconut Hookah Charcoal Cube - 100% Organic Coco Coal - 96 Cubical Pieces

These are now my favorite coals. I've used exclusively coconut coals for years now, so the 5-7 minutes of lighting them on a coil burner is to be expected. These are noticeably taller than they are wide, so they make take just slightly longer on the burner to heat through.I can fit 3 of them in my Kaloud Lotus (snugly, but they fit!) and they can last me up to an hour and a half before I need to change coals.

Good heat distribution and does not make your hookah taste harsh all.Only issue is that they do not not stay lit unless you burn them for 7ish minutes beforehand or leave a black residue. The cubes are also smaller than your typical coal. They also burn out pretty quickly, so the “3x longer lasting” claim is false. I’d probably keep around as a back up, but wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.

First of all, I am a novice at the hookah so bear with me. It took me a couple of tries before I learned the real secret to this charcoal.... It takes a very long time to light it. Leave it on the burner literally twice as long as you would any other charcoal. Once it is lit, it burns for a very long time. It takes me about 15 minutes or so to light it so if you are in a hurry, don't bother. The charcoal itself is a little smaller than my previous ones and that is why I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars. I light 2 at a time, but for the price, its still cheap. Do this and all your smoky dreams will come true. Take it easy friends.

Poor quality. Does not burn even and takes for ever to charge the coal. Does not maintain temperature and creates a lot of ashes.

Does not stay lit and leaves messy black residue that effects the taste.

Nice coals. Didn't break apart. Heats evenly. Decent price. Can't ask for more.

These coals are decent. They create a lot of off-white/yellowish ash, and don't burn as hot as some other brands like Haze. For the price, though, and the free 2 day delivery, I'd probably order again in a pinch.

i really like how eco friendly this is. they are a bit smaller than i expected but turned out to be perfect for my small hookah bowl . 2 coals worked great on my small hookah. only thing is i have to put it over a hot flame for a while till they glow.
