Instructions are pretty hard to understand, so I had to watch a YouTube video. Also, finding curtains is not easy either. You will most likely have to buy hooks that attach to the sliders with clips that hold the curtain. Fiction is pretty neat, but the motor is HUGE, so make sure you have plenty of room to hide it.

I hired two men to install this remote drapery system. After sizing the rod, adding all the necessary pieces to it, the brackets, etc., we couldn't plug in the motor because the plug is European, so, we couldn't test it for two days, after I received an adaptor for the plug .....why wasn't the European plug mentioned in their product information and then provide one! The men came back two days later, and found the plastic-type belt would jam up and the drapes couldn't move far. The belt was adjusted, and still, jamming occurred ( belt has v shaped ridges on it...very strange) and once again, the belt was straightened but now the motor wasn't strong enough to pull the drapes open. I ordered the correct size that was advertised as being appropriate for my drapes. The cost of the installers became more expensive as they had to remove it and replace my old pulley transverse rods. I am returning it. What an expensive headache this turned out to be and I certainly hope this company will refund my money.

Have wanted this exact curtain system for a very long time but there were always design issues. No longer! I have a bay window and needed an electronic solution that included Alexa. Not only is it effective - it is elegant. Love these guys. Ran into some unusual challenges and they helped me work the solution. Highly recommend this product.
