I purchased the Medline cold packs after I used the Frida cold pads I was gifted. The Medline ones are 1000% better. Way colder and last longer!

These are a postpartum essential. They last about 20-30 minutes when activated and get to a perfect temperature. I highly recommend!

What a blessing after my surgery!
Lord, these things were helped me so much after my surgery. They were like heaven to me. I think I went through 4 or 5 cases during my recovery. They are great for Mom's who just had a baby.

Great for some things!
These ice packs are great for certain things- after my c section they were amazing, they can help with heads aches if you put them in the back of your neck but the overall quality for just needing an ice pack is not there. They coldness moves around and is flexible making it great for some things but not for all cases.
