Colostrum Goat Capra standardized 500mg 120 Capsules Hepatica

I love this product.

I like that this product has no extra fillers such as magnesium stearate which I react to. I'm taking it for leaky gut, food 'allergies' and an overgrowth of sulphur producing bacteria (such as bilophillia wadsworthia). I initially took two a day and after three days had slight nausea due to die off of the bad bacteria that lasted for four days. I dropped down to one a day for eight days and the nausea disappeared. I increased to two a day for a week to make sure I was getting the maximum detox benefit but suffered no more nausea. I then increased to three a day for three days and then four a day for three days (so far).Since having the slight nausea taking two capsules a day, I've only had it again after infrared sauna sessions, so by itself the higher doses were no longer giving any die off symptoms. My diet has been very restricted for a long time and I'm hoping colostrum will be the reset my gut needs. A good source of info about Colostrum is Dr Lam an Adrenal Health expert. If you google his name and colostrum you should find a very good article by him.I tried Bovine colostrum initially but had mild bloating for four weeks whilst taking it. It did have magnesium stearate as a filler however and it was at this time I realised I was reacting to it, so the bovine source may not have been the cause of my bloating.I feel I am benefiting from the goat colostrum but won't know for sure until I reintroduce the foods I usually react to. I will come back and update this review to say whether it has helped my symptoms.UPDATE 17/8/22 I have discovered I need 6 capsules per day to heal my leaky gut. Apparently, the repair is not permanent and the gut only remains healed if colostrum is continued. Even though this bottle will only last 20 days, I have suffered many, many food allergies for such a long time and am thoroughly fed up with it, I'm going to continue with the capsules. I have taken them in a small glass of rice milk, cold or warm (Rude Health) and with 2 tablespoons of Wellguard Pure Collagen Powder each evening, a few hours after my evening meal about 9pm.

I tried a few colostrum products available on the market but found the quality of this product best. I used it to boost immunity in my dog and would definitely buy it again.

I got this because I was plagued with coughing up thick green phlegm several times a day for several months. Within a week of taking this supplement (4caps daily before breakfast) I got what seemed like a mild cold and got rid of heaps of green gunk. Since then (7 weeks on) I have had significantly less phlegm but still some from time to time. I think this may be helping improve my immune system and getting rid of a deep rooted infection.
