RPi Mini Camera

I was worried when ordering this camera as there were no reviews at the time. I gave it a shot and am glad I did. It worked just fine. Didn't need any additional packages installed and if you've used a normal PiCamera then this will be pretty much the same. There are a couple downsides but nothing I didn't you wouldn't be able to see before ordering. The board of the camera is basically moved down to the bottom near the ribbon port. It's not very flexible down near the bottom. There's not really a way to attach the camera to anything like mounting holes. Tape seems like the safest way to put it anywhere. Not an issue but something to consider for whatever project you have in mind. Overall a good camera. I'd buy it again.

Very small camera, great picture. Ribbon cable is about a foot long. Electronics on the cable make it stiff but still flexible.

Not super crisp video but better than most other cams I have tried. Nice compact camera and the ribbon keeps it neat. Only complaint would be it is not detected under newer Bullseye OS needed to back grade to Buster OS and then it worked fine.

This camera works great! It is much smaller than the original raspberry pi camera, and can be hidden just about anywhere. I just wish they made one with no IR filter, so it could be used with IR LEDs for night vision.

Arrived on time and in great packing. Very happy with the small lense size and long cable.

5mp as described, nice wide viewing angle.

I have purchased 2 of these cameras in the last couple of weeks and both have stopped working in a matter of days. I thought it was possible that I had bent the first one (although they ship folded in half) so I decided to order another to see if it was user error. The first day or two they work great but both suddenly went black and then could not be recognized by the raspberry pi. Cannot recommend.

Great camera, unique in it's size and application. The cable came creased, but functionality is intact. Deduced one star mostly because of creased cable.
