Water Clear Epoxy
Most epoxie adhesives harden to an amber color - This one is water-clear! Like all epoxies, you mix from the two tubes - hardner and resin. Mix up just what you think you need in the next few minutes because the excess will be wasted and also when you mix up larger amounts it generates heat and hardens much quicker in the container you are mixing it in. By the way, while the epoxy is still unhardened it can be removed or cleaned up with 91% isopropyl alcohol or denatured alcohol. That comes in handy if you use your finger to spread it like I always seem to do (intentionally or not). When mixing you need to mix throughly but avoid stirring in air bubbles - That’s a little tricky. But in most cases most of the air bubbles will come out before it hardens. The good: Water clear - no yellow tint! Reasonable working time - not too quick, not too slow. Bonds well to plastics. Update: I found a new use for this clear epoxy - To re-glue the metal to glass joint in a glass and metal desk. It’s stronger than UV hardening adhesive usually used for this and can fill modest gaps which the UV adhesive will not do very well. It leaves a clean appearance and solved the problem I had with an old glass and metal computer desk. Could Use Improvement I would like to buy it in a larger size in squeezable plastic bottles - I’m no fan of having to carefully roll up the metal tubes.

Great product
I’d broke a crystal rock that I loved. The stuck it together perfectly and held fine so far. I like the clearness bc you can’t see it.

Works especially well for rock stablization when used with acetone
I have used this several times to stabilize rocks for lapidary use with mixed results. The main thing I learned is to mix the 2 part in acetone "BEFORE" adding to the rocks. Keep mixing the solution until it clears up. That might take several minutes of stirring. Rocks need to be totally cleaned with a dish soap and then acetone before the mixture is added. Then once added to the rocks be sure they are all covered and stir the solution once every other day for at least 10 days. Need to do this in glass since Acetone with eat through plastic. Also stir don't shake the glass far containing the rocks and solution. Shaking with eat the plastic seal in the cap and the rocks can break the glass as I found out.

Stong hold
Small size is great! It doesn't dry out so fast. Strong hold.

Fixing Expensive Large Cracked Geode
This cracked in shipping to me. Smaller bottom piece(on left) in picture was 3 pieces, and now glued back together. Glue them and let cure, then start filling in missing crystal areas in the cracks by adding crushed crystals with more epoxy and can barely see damaged area. The epoxy is clear/glossy like crystal. Still have to epoxy the bottom and top together now but have no doubt it can be done with good results using this technique. By building the cracks up slowly after epoxying large pieces together first and then adding crushed crystals and filling up the cracked areas, it is barely noticeable.

Works okay on some things, time consuming to measure and mix
I measured out an equal amount of the two tubes into a small plastic container, mixed well, and then used it to attach findings on crystals. The epoxy was useable for about 15 minutes. This epoxy took hours to dry completely. It is holding tight on some items but not so well on others so either they weren't dry or I didn't use enough perhaps. It's just difficult to gauge how much to use and there is no way to know until it's already dry which takes several hours at minimum. I won't use this adhesive again because it's just too time consuming to measure it and mix it, it did not work consistently well on all items, and then there is a long wait for it to dry.

best glue ever.

By far the best solution to pitted or softer stone or fragile stone to solidify problem areas. There is a standard recipe on the internet if you need it, just look for Epoxy 330 Water Clear and Acetone follow the instructions and take the necessary precautions when working with this or any other chemicals in Lapidary and you will be very pleased with the results. Best stuff by far, no yellowing.

Just what I wanted.

I just used it to attach a pendant. So far so good. If I had more time it's possible my rating would be a 5, but I don't know yet.

Excellent product. Setting time of 15 minutes and liquid enough for delicate work. Crystal clear when cured. Excellent produit. Temps de prise de 15 minutes et assez liquide pour travaux délicats. Clair comme du cristal une fois durci.
