Q: Victron has a different product with physical pre-alarm output. this one has no pre-alarm, as pictured? why title and description is wrong?

You may be confusing this item with the bigger BMS units by Victron. I assure you this unit is a miniBMS unit with a pre-Alarm system built in to a smaller form factor unit and size. I would recommend the larger BMS for that type of setup.

No its not. The pre-alarm function is fulfilled by the LED's and the pattern in which they blink giving you an error code. If you want the alarm to go off as a buzzer, siren, or email notification that's what the alarm outputs are for. It is on the consumer to install those extra items themselves.
