This isn't a refined product with a lot of complexity. Rather, this is an inexpensive kit that will get the basic job done in a simple and straightforward way. We've installed 3 units with used Christie DHD700s and using this product was the only way to stay on budget. I've also emailed back and forth with their customer support and they were helpful and accomodating.

Poor quality, tons of play in the scissor sections, and with moderate load (<20lbs) it will NOT stay in position, droops lower and lower. Price completely out of line with respect to quality!!!

Great product, my projector fitted well and it was easy to install. Good assistance for product specs too.
