It’s a little bigger than I had thought when I bought this. A younger athlete wouldn’t be able to hold this super well it’s more for an adult size hand.

We use these items in a PT clinic I work in and I purchased one for home. It's great except the air pump didn't work. Luckily I wS able to rig a way to get air in it.

I think a hand pump for this is fine, but once I pull out the nozzle it loses enough air that everything sags.

Product looks well made, but handle is too small to use for kettle bell swings, etc. The "handbook" was a single sheet of paper with filling instructions. The videos for use were all for other models with multiple handles, and thus were useless for this item.

Got these anticipating a trip that was cancelled. Still a worthwhile purchase though.As travel kettlebells, these are very good. Maximum weight is about 12 pounds fully filled.Filling them is pretty simple and quick. Found them really useful for my workout and was able to do swings, windmills, jerks, halos and cleans with no issues. Haven't tried doing a push-up on these yet, but soon.The Tidal Tank app is free and it's not bad. It's also not great. Gives you the exercises and videos organized by body area for their larger products. Not these. Great for my other aqua bags. Also no workouts putting those together. For that, Steve Cotter's Kettlebell Training and others might be a better resource.Now the downsides: you have to be quick capping them after filling them with water and air. Even so they'll be a little floppy. Also, you won't be able to get all the water out of them easily. So, squeeze the air out and seal them up before packing them.Also, the app is aimed at their larger products, not these.Even with the limitations I point out, I'd buy again and will use these.

Es la peor estafa que me han dado. Carísimo!! Cuando llegó, me cobraron 680 pesos más de lo que ya había pagado, cuando lo abrí, es una tomada de pelo. Es un bote de platico que le pones agua, con una botella de 5 litros de agua o cloro lo puedes hacer gratis. Cuando pedí la devolución, nadaron los papeles y solo te dan 20 dólares para que lo regreses. Resulta que tengo que pagar 1800 pesos para mandarlo, unos 90-100 dólares, NO LO COMPREN!!! Ni siquiera sirve para algo. El peor dinero gastado en mi vida!!!! Tirado a la basura!!!

The variant being sold here is the 1 hand / 3 kg version, which is not clear neither from the pictures, nor from the description, and certainly not the price. For this price, you can get a much bigger version from competitors, so I'd say they are trying to scam, by picturing the bigger one with the price tag for a bigger one.
