Amazing Service & Great Product
1st for the service received. FedEx delivered to the wrong address and would not correct their mistake. I had pictures to prove it. Goplus tried to get FedEx to correct their mistake and after a short time, they just shipped me another unit which arrived quickly. 2nd for the treadmill itself. I've used it a handful of times now in the last week. It really was simple to setup. The handrails are really handy if you are going over a slow walking speed. The app and remote are easy to use that control the speed. I was really surprised by how quiet it is considering the speed it can get too. It's great for walking but can be a little tricky for running without practice. The ability to fold it down and store it under the couch is great. It also has small wheels on one side to help move it easily if you want. I am really enjoying this and glad I upgraded from similar units I was looking at. The added features are great.

Great machine, youโll wish you had found it sooner!
Iโm loving this little treadmill. Itโs great for walking while working or running or walking after hours. The size and convenience are great for a spare bedroom/ office area. The setup was a breeze. Iโve seen many folks comment on the error code when receiving their machine. They obviously didnโt read the little pamphlet that came with the unit. This is the way itโs supposed to work. Follow the quick instructions and youโre good to go! I love the little remote control. It makes for easy modifications in on/off and speed. I was going to purchase a large standard treadmill but Iโm so glad I didnโt and that I found this machine. Iโve already all my friends, relatives and coworkers about it. Wishes for couture improvements: that the small side arms would attached easier. I havenโt used them to date because Iโm not going to take the time to screw them in and out for a few minutes for treadmill use. The length could be a few inches longer. It works fine for my height/ length legs however a few added inches could help folks with longer legs and allow a longer run stride. Would be nice if the speed numbers on the panel worked so you could push the number and it would go to that speed.

Shockingly bad customer service
Did my research and thought I was getting what I paid for. A working treadmill that had the features needed. Unpacking and assembly was not too difficult. The treadmill made a rubbing noise when 1st turned on. I lubricated it and subsequently followed instructions for a drifting belt issue several times when the rubbing noise continued. At that point I was told by Amazon to contact 3rd party seller, GoPlus. Go Plus responded to my message by giving me instructions that I had already followed prior to contacting them. I explained that in my follow-up message and asked what the next steps were. The response was as follows: "Can this be fixed in local market? You can also ask a technician to fix it for you. Does $60 can cover this cost? If not, please contact us and give us your advice." I replied that I was ok having a technician see if it can be repaired and asked how the process works, who provides the technician. The response I got back was "We don't have technician in your local. Could you please try to find the technician and ask him to fix it for you?" This was the last straw. I bought and paid for a treadmill that turned out to be defective and I am being asked to find someone and have them fix it for me? I am shocked at the customer service to say the least. I contacted Amazon Customer Service and they have reached out to GoPlus on my behalf and asked them for a refund and a prepaid shipping label.

Nice butโฆ
I liked the IDEA of this treadmill more than the actual treadmill itself. I read the other reviews and thought Iโd try it anyway. Many people complained about an E07 error as soon as they turned it on. That error is because the safety magnet is not attached. Once I attached the safety magnet under the handle, the error went away and the treadmill worked fine. My likes: Itโs compact. When folded flat, it measures 4 inches tall and has a pretty small footprint. It is about 85lbs and has wheels to move it around once you stand it up. It came with a remote control to increase or decrease speed and has optional handles (note: if you screw the handles on, you cannot fold it flat). The display handle is visually pleasing to look at. It has a phone holder. I did not test the speaker sound. There is a lock to secure the display handle while walking. My dislikes: I have arthritis in my knee and felt like there wasnโt enough shock absorption when walking. My knee throbbed for 2 days after walking on it the first day. I also have a long stride and the track didnโt seem long enough (or wide enough), so I felt like I was taking a bunch of shorter steps. You have to either have pockets or hold on to the remote control while walking because there is no place to put it down and it doesnโt come with a wrist lanyard. The display has a bunch of numbers on it but they donโt exactly match the speed you are walking. You can only push 2 of the buttons on the display - start and +/-. I do not think the the speeds indicated were accurate. For example, I can normally walk 3mph with no problem carrying a conversation. On this machine, I set it to 2.7mph and I was completely out of breath as if I were running. Not sure if speeds were in km/h or mph (even if the 2.7 was km/h, that equates to about 1.7 mph so I should not have been winded). I donโt think it tracks distance correctly. I usually walk an 18 minute mile and after 18 minutes on this machine, it told me I had gone 0.7 miles. When you increase or decrease speed, the actual speed is shown on a display by your feet while the display on the handle lights up a number itโs close to. For example, when walking 2.7mph (according to the foot display), the handle display lit up the number โ2.4โ. Itโs too strange and weird for me to track my speed and distance when I have two displays telling me two different things. The phone holder grips your phone sideways. If you are tall and want to watch a video on your phone, you are putting a lot of strain on your neck looking down. (Iโm only 5โ6โ). The phone holder does allow a tablet to sit up on it, but itโs not secure, so I wouldnโt chance it without a shockproof case, just in case it falls on the floor. I walked on it one time and decided to return it. Because there was no defect, the company refunded me all but $60. They sent me a paid FedEx label and I had to pack the treadmill back up in its original box (had to go buy some packing peanuts and packing tape) and make arrangements to get it shipped back to them. Little bit of a hassle because you have to work around the schedule FedEx gives you for pick up. So, if you buy this item, KEEP THE ORIGINAL BOX until youโre sure you want to keep the treadmill. And know that, if you send it back just because you donโt like it, you will not get refunded your full purchase price.

great
This is a great smaller treadmill. I've had it for a few years and it has been just fine. you need to lube the belt every few months but that's no big deal. I use it for fast walking no running, and it works fine for that. If we need the room space, I just stand it up against the wall. One more thought is I place it over a scrap piece of vinal flooring. I noticed that some of the lube from the belt drips on the floor especially when it is stood on end. All and all it is a nice machine that will not cost you a thousand bucks.

So far I'm thrilled - but before you use it: lubricate & attach ....
I was able to purchase this Costway Superfit treadmill (sold by GoPlus) on a really great deal of $34 off plus 20% coupon, so less than $200. For that, it's a super value bargain for me for what I received. yay! Also, I contacted customer service about something and they were super responsive - fast response and great solution. Overview: -Fits in small spaces very well -Lubricate before use if dry -Be sure to attach the safety cord so you don't have the E07 error code -Cord is 4 - 4 1/2 feet long so consider your space -Running on it easier if you are shorter -Easy to move with the wheels - fairly heavy but not overly so (but I'm strong) -Comes with remote, but controls on frame too. -Phone holder accommodated my iPhone 13 Pro. Detailed Description: This is perfect for small spaces. I have a tiny workout room that was a part of my garage wasted space that we put up a wall and made it into a workout room, so with my other workout equipment in there, there was very little space. But this portable treadmill fits so well, and I can move it around, too. BEFORE YOU USE THIS! >>>> You must do two things - first (making sure it's unplugged) check under the belt to see if it feels dry and if it does, add lubricant. Easy to do - you lift up the belt and squirt the lubricant along the track underneath the belt on both sides, then turn it on and let it run a bit to distribute the lubricant. Next you must attach the red safety thing - it's magnetized and fits under the fold down frame part - you can see where it fits. If you do not put the safety line onto the treadmill before you turn it on, it will give you the E07 error code. I showed this in my video but there are really great videos out there that show it better. It is a rather loud beeping when you turn it on but I didn't care as it is just for a moment. This moves easily. It's about 80-ish pounds and I was able to unpack it by myself (boy was it a process to unpack but that means it was protected well), and then I was able to roll and maneuver it into the little workout room. It is heavy but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle. If you are not strong, you may need a little help. This is small but I am able to jog on it. I wouldn't full out run with a long stride (UPDATE: I did full out run on it and it did great!), but I could go on a pretty good clip. This will go fairly fast too. I am 5'2" and about 116 pounds so consider that I am able to run on it without problem - if you are taller, you may only be able to walk on this. The frame part pulls up and folds down - you can lock it in with the lever. I'm not a fan of the lever sticking out but I can live with it. When you turn it on, it makes these flashing light things - not sure if I like it but I'll end up ignoring it. It comes with a remote, but there are controls on the frame thing too, which I appreciated. So you don't have to use the remote if you don't want to. This doesn't have a lot of cushion like the regular sized treadmills so consider that for your needs. Doesn't bother me but if you like that bouncy cushion feel, you may want something larger or pay more for something more 'quality.' This looks pretty well made and I am hoping that keeping it lubricated and wiping it down regularly, etc, will have it working for a long time. And since only I am using it, I think that will extend its functionality too. The blue is striking and I like it, and it costs less than some of the other colors. One thing that could be an issue according to the space you put it in: the cord is not super long - about 4 to 4/12 feet. Since I have a small room, the cord is not an issue and I like that I won't have too long of a cord but your needs may be different. I am so far very happy with my purchase and for the money I spent, I'm thrilled.

Unpredictable and extreme changes in speed ... otherwise a nice treadmill.
This product would get a higher rating but for the fact that there is a loose connection to the touch sensitive control panel ... this results in unpredictable and extreme fluctuations in speed, including the max setting at 7.1 mph. There is enough lag in the change in speed when this happens to jump to the sides of the tread and/or adjust the speed with the phone app. Typically, this only happens in the first few minutes and then stops. Thank goodness the phone app works well as that is typically how I adjust the speed. I would return this product but it weighs 80 lbs and came in a large box. I'm a 6 ft tall guy and unboxing this thing on my own was challenging. There simply is no way that I will rebox it and take it to a return center. I will be trying to fix the loose wire on my own ... knowingly voiding the warranty because of that. Again, not gonna be returning it. I've gotten good use out of it since I bought it (on cyber Monday at a good discount). On the up side ... 1. This appears to be a well built treadmill. It folds easily and rolls fairly well, also. Perhaps 3-4" thick when folded. 2. It has hand rails. 3. It has a spring loaded stand for a phone which makes control of the treadmill pretty easy. On the down side ... 1. Its heavy, which is good and bad. It is sturdy and stable. But it is difficult to unbox for 1 person. It is ok to lift and wheel but that is for a 6 ft man who works out daily. To lift it and prop it against the wall could be sketchy for some people. Children or pets might be at some risk around it propped against the wall if it falls over. 2. The folded handle is about the only way to lift the treadmill. As the touch sensitive panel is on the bottom, this will repeatedly put force on it ... problematic since it already has unpredictable functioning. 3. This is ok for most walking speeds, although I would prefer to use it at around 3 mph. I've tried it once at this speed and with my long legs my feet started slipping off from the back of the tread. I cannot imagine most people could use it beyond 3 mph safely or comfortably. Also, it is a bit narrow, although I have not had any real difficulty with it in that regard.

Heavy like a Hell!!!!
Guys, I almost never leave reviews. This time I will. I gave five stars to this treadmill, but it has some disadvantages. This pack of iron is so terribly heavy that I can't explain it to you. There is no way you would want to be lifting it up against the wall or pushing it under your bed and be pulling it from there every time you use it. If you buy this treadmill you would place it somewhere and leave it on that spot always. I received mine today. No installment was needed. I didn't even install the handles because I didn't need them as I could normally walk on the treadmill without it. This is a walking pad, actually. I will be using it for walking only. It's not spacious enough nor strong enough for running. The running/walking space is too short and too narrow. The gum you walk or run on this treadmill is hard. It's not nearly as soft and/or comfortable as the one on big treadmills at gym. The good thing is, it's very quiet. However, I intend to do my exercise in the morning, while all my neighbors are at work, just in case. But, yeah, it's quiet and can be used in an apartment. The box is enormous. I am going to ask my friend if he has some room in his garage for it, but I don't have space in my apartment it. If my friend doesn't have any space for it, I will through it away, and if I want to sell the treadmill one day, I will sell it without box to whoever lives in my city (Los Angeles). I don't plan on returning it to the seller as it's so terribly heavy. It would be a terribly hard job to put the treadmill into the box, tape it, get it to the vehicle, and get it from the vehicle to wherever you would ship it from to the seller. That would be a nightmare. Two strong men could do that. I am a female. I live by myself and there's no way to get into that. I advise you to place the orange magnet on its place and never to remove from there, so that you don't lose it. I don't need it during my walk or run on treadmill. Overall, I am not impressed with the treadmill. I am not saying it's bad. I just got it. I don't regret the money I paid for it but it could've been better than it is. Good luck to all of you!

Great product.Better than expected
I got this treadmill as recommended by by doctor to get one since I don't go out often. At first, I was concerned that it may be too small.I was surprised to see that it was just a good size for me and my husband. We can confomatbly run on it.It's very sturdy and easy to move around.Easy to connect to my phone's Bluetooth and the speaker is very loud.Noise is very minimal. It came from Amazon a bit damaged(Insignificant) on one side.I sent a complaint direct to the company to the e-mail address provided inside the box and they were 100% responsive and empathetic.I love the fact that, it has a safety lock.I just push it off so that it doesn't come on if my kids try to put it on. I would have given it a 5 star if it didn't have those scratches from delivery.Otherwise, it's a perfect machine for every home.

Second Unit Also Has Issues โ Squeaky Noise
This is my second treadmill, and unfortunately Iโm still experiencing issues. The first unit I received had a non-working remote, and the machine did not run smoothlythe motor felt jerky and inconsistent, so I had to return it. I decided to give it another try and ordered a replacement, but this unit has its own problem. There is a persistent squeaky noise during use. I have properly lubricated the belt as instructed, but the noise continues and does not improve. At this point, Iโm disappointed with the overall quality consistency. If anyone has suggestions on how to fix the squeaking issue, I would appreciate the advice. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to return this unit as well. I really wanted this treadmill to work, but two units with different issues raises concerns about quality control.

Solid Equipment and good quality Edmonton, AB
I'm 67 years old, this Treadmill is good for seniors. Just assembled it by myself and it takes only 15 minutes to finish. It is easy to fix together and the instructions are simply. Tried several times and this is solid piece portable equipment. Good quality and not bad for the price. Very happy and satisfied. This is 5 stars recommendation.
