Booths Creamy Lancashire Cheese, 250g

When this cheese melts it does so evenly and doesn't tend to leave fat residue or spread. Also, it tastes almost like parmesan when melted so is a great cheese to use if you want to top-up your cheese on the shop bought pizza you're cooking. I loved my pack and make a lovely ham & cheese toastie with mine along the pizza embellishments. Yum!

Divine! I am normally a cheddar fan but this cheese is something else! Not at all sharp, just creamy and very tasty. Had with crackers but will try with jacket potatoes as a filling/topping. Lush ;-)

This cheese is amazing! It is very soft, buttery and flavourful. When I first tried it, I cut it in thin slices for a sandwich, which did not work very well but I insisted on it because the cheese is so good and I wanted what I wanted. The thing is that, as it is so soft, the cheese ended up sticking to the knife. It if sounds messy it's because it was. With that said, I ate my little seeded bread with Creamy Lancashire cheese and it was a hit! Hubs tried it on a toastie and it performed so well... meltability factor spot on! I had never tried this cheese before and got it simply because I wanted to try something different. This cheese did not disappoint and I intend to purchase it again. Definitely recommend it!

Love these slices. They have the full creamy taste of Lancashire and are easy to use without any crumbling. Each slice is separated by paper so there’s no sticking. Great for sandwiches or topping lasagne.
