Ahmad Tea Herbal Tea, Blackcurrant Teabags, 20 ct (Pack of 1) - Decaffeinated & Sugar-Free

I got the Blackcurrant flavor this time and tried the beauty tea my first time. The flavor is true and tangy. The socket remains in tact well over 180 degrees water for those who like their tea hot, as it should be. The line is sturdy and does not come off easily, love the taste, almost feels like I am drinking beauty. I use this tea to mix my collagen in.

I don't usually write reviews, but this tea is amazing and very flavorful. I grew up in the UK and miss the blackcurrant flavor. Ribena is excellent but has added sugar. I make these tea bags and sometimes chill the tea, add sweetener and voila, calorie free Ribena!!!

Sold as Blackcurrant - but that's not the main ingredient (nor even 2nd or 3rd), Hibiscus is the first. A very pleasant smelling and flavored infusion, very pink (from the hibiscus). However I bought blackcurrant for it's health benefits; & unfortunately this has far less than a package printed "BLACKCURRANT" implies.

Blackcurrants are a wonderful fruit that you cannot by in the US, so this is a close as you ca get to them. I grew up in the UK and thee are one of my favorite but have a limited season. The tea is delicious and can be drank hot or cold. Highly recommended. Great value for money as well.

This is the regular which is fine and I enjoy it tasting is like mulberry or blackberry

I love the regular Ahmad blackcurrant tea and wanted something similar that I could drink in the evening or at night which wouldn't keep me awake, so was pleasantly surprised to find this "decaffeinated" version on Amazon. However, this is not decaffeinated, just less caffeinated. Nowhere on the packaging (outer box or inner foil wrap) does it state decaffeinated. If you want something truly decaffeinated, do not purchase this.

This is my review of the Ahmad Tea Blackcurrant Fruit & Herbal Infusion - 20 Teabags. I really like these. I am normally a black tea with milk drinker but sometimes I do not want the caffeine or need a change/fancy something sweet. I have tried many different fruit infusions from other manufacturers and this one is my favourite because they have a pleasant, balanced smell and taste, with a dominant blackcurrant flavour. They also state that they are 100% natural. They also have no artificial sweeteners. I prefer these over others because some other fruit teas have an unusual twang/after-taste, usually liquorice and do not actually taste of the fruit that they claim to be on their packaging. These Ahmad infusions are more expensive than others, however in this case, you do get what you pay for, and I believe that they are worth their price. I'm on the second box already - happy to recommend.
