Good replacement for raw papaya
Good tenderizer but need to use double the raw equivalent

It is very helpful for cleaning of liver and very suitable for sugar patients as the glicemex index of raw papaya is very low. So it helps in control of diabetics. Further it helps in food digestion and many minerals that gets taken out by diabetics are restored for superior body function
