The Ultimate Self-Esteem Workbook for Teens: Overcome Insecurity, Defeat Your Inner Critic, and Live Confidently (Health and Wellness Workbooks for Teens) : MacCutcheon, Megan: desertcart.co.uk: Books Review: Suitable for ANYONE who is seeking self esteem and confidence improvements. - I am not a teen, but I am finding this so useful! I would thoroughly recommend the author releases a slightly modified version for adults who have never built a self esteem before. There are so many books teaching adults how to ‘regain’ confidence... but so many of us simply never developed any in the first place. In the meantime, I thoroughly recommend this to adults and teens alike! You can find ways to discover who you are, and build foundations for your very own self esteem and confidence. Don’t suffer any longer! I highly recommend this book for teens and parents of teens who want to ensure they have good mental health too. As a parent of a teen myself, we have been sharing the book and finding it helpful. Obviously we both get different things from it, but the journey destination is much the same. This is definitely a good value book for a wide range of people! Thoroughly recommended! Review: Great book - I bought this book to help my 12 year old daughter with her confidence. We haven’t finished it yet but so far it’s really good. It has a lot of activities to work through with your child. There are some parts that weren’t appropriate for us but would be for some, especially for older children. Would definitely recommend.

Practical, Supportive, and Easy to Follow This workbook is exactly what I was looking for. It’s not just filled with feel-good quotes or vague advice—it actually gives you structured, practical exercises that help you explore your thoughts, build self-awareness, and develop healthier self-esteem over time. The tone is encouraging and non-judgmental, and the layout makes it easy to go at your own pace. I really appreciated how the author combines psychological insights with real-life applications. Whether you’re struggling with confidence, negative self-talk, or just want to strengthen your sense of self-worth, this book gives you the tools to do that in a manageable, step-by-step way. I also liked that it doesn’t feel overwhelming. Even doing a little each day makes a difference. It’s helped me reflect on things I hadn’t even realized were holding me back. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to do some meaningful self-work without needing a background in psychology.

An awesome workbook for teens with real life issues and testimonials. So many options for self reflection, learning how to care for oneself and building confidence and strengthening healthy relationships. I’m pretty impressed and glad I got this for my teens.
