Good for value
The product itself is good however it is the black box that comes not the orange so think it’s gen 1 rather than gen 2 however the product does the same and they are very good quality bulbs. Will buy again 👍🏼

Does what it says
It's a lamp for a tortoise. It works. The manufacturer let's your register to get a reminder for when it needs replacing which I appreciate so I don't have to remember myself.

Worked for 1 day!
Worked for 1 day and the next day I put it on and it wouldn't come on as the bulb had blown!I have contacted the seller for a refund and have been told the seller will be in touch in a few days. I know have a baby tortoise without a heat bulb and uvb light !Very disappointed 😠And know I have to send it back when I discarded the box in the recycling bin that was emptied today so not sure how or what I'm supposed to send the broken bulb back in .
