Sophia LED Floor Lamp

This is a very attractive, well-made, sturdy floor lamp. I was a little concerned when I received the package. The box didn't look large enough to hold the lamp and the shade. Upon opening, however, I found the shade in a "collapsed" condition. Curious, I took it out, and held it up in my hand and it drips down showing the shape of the lampshade. That's fine, i thought, but how do I get it to stay in that shape? Looking inside the lampshade, I saw three separate white thin metal bars with an odd shape. Without looking at the directions, I figured out that these bars are movable, all you need to do is pull them up, one at a time, such that they lock into place at the top of the lamp. Repeat with the other two and you have a perfectly sturdy, no wrinkles, lamp shade. Ingenious!! The rest of the lamp assembly was simple, just screwing the sections together. It's a very attractive lamp. Oh, it also comes with one light bulb. I didn't know that. I had also purchased a pack of 8 light bulbs. So I have extra. Very satisfied.

Well packaged and easy to assemble. Solid and tastefully decorated. LED bulb included, nice touch.

This is a decent floor lamp. It has a vintage vibe that goes with the rest of my living room. The shade is made of a fabric material, not paper. The light it give off is a yellowish color, but I think that is from the shade. You might want a brighter bulb or a different shade for your use. The pole is a heavy material. Be extra careful assembling it, it tend to want to cross thread easily. I put a few drops of 3 in 1 Oil on the threads when putting it together. My only complaint is I think the square base is a little small at about 9 inches, I would have perfered a larger base.

High quality and worth the purchase. Spent a little more for this but get what you pay for-heavy base, quality materials and easy to put together. Recommend.

Sturdy, easy to assemble lamp. The bronze finish is well done. The lamp shade arrives flat, but is also easy to assemble. The wrinkles in the lamp shade smooth out over time. Overall I’m well pleased with this lamp and would buy it again!

We truly love this lamp. It's beautiful, fits very well in our living room. Perfect size. The bronze is what we got and it's perfect. The only problem we have had is it would not turn on at first. I contacted the seller and got the automated response of what to do. It did not work. Everything was plugged in, the light bulb was good, but it still does not work. I tried to contact the seller and got no response. We think there is a short in the switch. It would come on after 5-10 tries, but now it just flashes and goes back off. We don't have to have a new lamp, we just want this one to work.
