Tasty and Classic!
Well, what can you say about PAM? It is a classic and I love the buttery flavor this spray yields. Rather than scooping in a big blob of butter, I can use much much less of this product and get the same, if not better results. It certainly lowers the fat and calorie content of my food. I have used the Butter PAM for sauteing veggies, cooking fish, and it is great to use when baking. I remember when my mother would have me butter up a pan she was going to use for baking. I would take a stick of butter and unwrap one end, smearing the butter all over the pan and trying to get it into the corners and crevices. Those days are long gone! Baking cookies with Buttery PAM gives them a yummy buttery taste, they don't burn easily on the bottom, and they slide right off of the pan. This really has tons of uses and I have found myself using it much more than the original PAM. I have bought this product repeatedly and have never been let down by the quality. De-lish!

This is great to just spray a bit on popcorn, give it a good toss and use a tiny bit of popcorn salt.

Great for fat free diet
The only butter spray that comes close to butter flavor, much more so than every supermarket house brand I've tried. Great on popcorn. Pricey but check back on Amazon often or put in save for later cart as much lower price pops up now and then

Terrific cooking spray
I use Pam to spray all my casserole dishes before cooking in them. Easy to use. Also tastes great on popcorn instead of butter.

Spray the top of your rolls before baking.
The main reason I buy butter flavored Pam is to spray the top of my dinner rolls, before I set them out to rise overnight. Spray the tops with Pam, cover with plastic wrap and the next morning, you'll have perfect rolls ready for baking.

Great for popcorn!
I love salt on my microwave popcorn but it all just goes to the bottom of the bag, so I spray it with this which makes it moist and now the salt sticks to the popcorn. I'm SOOOO happy 😁
