A lifesaver for dealing with the kids coughs! Each year, my daughter gets the usual coughs and colds, and really really struggles shifting the cough. Aside from the usual keeping hydrated, calpol, cough medicine and propping her up, I have felt like there is little I can do to help. She's struggled through restless nights, as I have having broken sleep due to coughing episodes. I bought this after some research suggested this would help, and it's been a lifesaver. It has made a considerable difference to her ability to get better sleep, less disturbed by coughing. It's a good size, not too small, and adequately works in her rather large room. There's no jarring or disturbing light, and it also runs very quietly. It feel well made, and I have shown my daughter how to operate it herself (she's 6). I am using this with the vicks pods, which you can easily load and remove in the side. These also I would recommend. It's easy to fill, and I've not noticed any puddles of water or spillages as some report with other devices. I haven;t had to clean or sterilise it yet, but I generally use Milton tabs so would imagine submerging this in the sink will do the job.

Purchased this humidifier in 2022 for my son. After 3+ years, it's been used for my 2nd one and it works very well. It had helped both my kids whenever they had cough or cold and helps them sleep better. It's durable, does what it says and more. Just to be mindful of the refills which I found are slightly expensive..

I like this little Vicks humidifier, especially when using the Vicks pads - I can smell them clearly, though my husband couldn’t smell them at all, so that might vary person to person. The humidifier itself feels like it’s doing its job, and it’s nice and compact and quiet. The only downside is that it doesn’t have a built-in humidity monitor. I had to buy one separately, which would’ve been so much easier if it was included. Otherwise, it’s a handy little unit for small rooms.

Easy to use. Not noisy on any mode. Perfect balance of humidity into a double bedroom. My baby slept peacefully. Look is simple. Two modes, fast and slow. We used fast mode because my baby had worst congestion. Use water quickly. Comes with two pads.

This was an absolute waste of money. The vapor pad is utterly useless as you can't smell a thing once the device is running. The device beeps constantly with the orange symbol on. Apparently the orange symbol is for the heating mechanism but whether it's lit up or not, there is no heating going on, so this is yet another useless feature. It leaks excessively from the mist outlet, and the mist outlet pools water and stops the mist from coming out, so I'm having to turn it off to pour out the collected water then start it again. This is a cheap and very poorly design device.

We use this whenever our children or us adults have stuffy or blocked noses or colds and coughs. It makes a huge difference to their sleep. I've tried around 5 humidifiers and always end up binning them due to not being able to clean them properly. All except this one have been unable to be cleaned inside the actual water tank. This humidifier is brilliant. It is so easy to clean. I followed other advice to clean the water tank by putting a Milton sterilising tablet in it (I use half a tablet for size of tank). I use distilled white vinigar to clean the base of the unit. The water tank size can last over a whole evening. You can vary the intensity of the mist. You can also put the vicks pads in the side compartment but we prefer to use olbas oil in the blue tray for essential oils. The cable is long. I'd recommend using a dehumidifier in the room after use as otherwise there is a lot of moisture in the room which can cause mould. Would highly recommend this machine and I've tested so many! It is essential for us during colds and coughs. The price is also very reasonable.

Absolutely brilliant for my couth and cold, but i may have to send this one back which is a shame because the flap where the VapoPads goes in keeps opening. And there was only 1 VapoPad instead of 2.
