I absolutely love this cleanser. It’s incredibly gentle on my skin but removes makeup so efficiently, even stubborn products. My skin feels thoroughly clean afterward without any tightness or dryness, and it actually feels moisturised. A little goes a long way, and it’s perfect for sensitive or pore-prone skin. Highly recommend!

Best makeup balm I’ve ever used, it has a very subtle sweet vanilla scent. It removed all my makeup within a matter of seconds. 10/10

Excellent at removing makeup and my skin did not feel dry

Trying to stop using make up wipes as they don’t feel great for my skin and are also terrible for the environment. I’ve been resistant to balm cleansers because they just seemed like hassle and I hate dripping water running down my pyjamas sleeves etc. I have sensitive, dry skin prone to redness so I wanted a balm that was good for this. After a lot of research, I discovered this. I actually love it. A tiny bit goes a long way and there’s no messy dripping! I apply to my dry face and massage in, add some water to emulsify it and then dampen a wash cloth and wipe off! I do find I need to do eye makeup up a second time, but that’s no problem. Great value for money and no scent.

I use it as a first step on a 2 steps cleansing routine. Melts great in the skin. Smells nicely. I have sensitive eyes and feels uncomfortable on them so I would not recommend it to remove mascara. Does a great job over make up on skin. Leaves my skin soft and confortable. I have bought it again.

This is great at removing makeup and leaving the skin fresh! It doesn’t irritate me , I love the way it feels on my skin as well! This is better than anything else I’ve tried out there and it doesn’t break me out. Great quality

I loved these 2 little pots! I took them on a weekend away and they were perfect for that. I have always used the yellow ginseng one in the past but both of these worked perfectly as a first clean and they are of the same great quality as the others. I would now buy both in full size!

Très bon baume démaquillant, je suis vraiment satisfaite. La texture fond parfaitement sur la peau, se transforme en huile au massage et retire le maquillage sans effort même sur les yeux, sans picotement. Il laisse la peau propre, douce, sans film gras ni sensation de tiraillement, ce que j’apprécie particulièrement. Le prix est raisonnable pour la qualité, et il en faut peu à chaque utilisation, donc le pot dure longtemps. Odeur légère, utilisation agréable : un bon produit que je rachèterai sans hésiter.

Il tres peu de produit enleve le maquillage en une fois ne pique pas les eyeux ces celui que je prefere
