It is a great band for strengthening but if you need it for leg work it is uncomforable.

Arrived much faster than projected time. As advertised. Prefer these over the thin, flatter bands.

Great seller. It works great, on the isometrics side. Holding band outwards for many seconds.

Works perfectly for a power rack

This is a versatile piece of equipment. I bought(two) to use on my bowflex machine. It instantly adds resistance to any exercise, and adds 70 lbs of resistance to the end of the movement. Place the band over the rail, on the inside of the pulley, thread one end through the other to secure it to the rail. Add a carabiner clip and attach it to the handle or bar. Works great. Planning on buying the next level band soon.
