I love my Anolon cookware! When I needed a new springform pan, Analon was the natural choice. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! The spring mechanism is strong and solid. This pan will last a long time. The non-stick finish is smooth and lives up to its claims. I recommend this springform pan and all Analon products.

Nice heavy bottom, very sturdy and no sticking!

I purchased this pan for a Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake and it worked fine. As other customers say, there was a little leakage but nothing too serious.(I just put a cookie sheet on the rack below to catch the drippings). I don't know if the manufacturer can resolve this as it is two pieces of metal they are trying to get a waterproof seal on. The leakage was minimal. The best part was the clean up. It was a breeze! Nothing stuck. It released very well from the cake itself. So, in closing, for the money this was a great buy. When they can get it one-hundred per cent waterproof, I'll give it 5 stars. I also have the recipe for the cake if you're interested!
