Life saver! I feel so much better.
These are of great quality! My alergist recommend this specific kind because it's easier to absorb. I have celiac diseaseand have been trying to find supplements that work for me. These work amazingly! I can feel the difference with in weeks of starting them. I had to stop recently due to financial issues and my energy decreased, I started putting on weight despite not eating much. Felt over all blah. Within a couple weeks my energy came back, that yucky all over feeling went away, my mood is better too. I don't get upset stomach with these either. I got them with all other types of B vitamins taken and no nasty aftertaste. Overall value is worth it for the health benefits.

This is high quality stuff...
Seems to be quite a few negative reviews about allergic reactions. I believe what many people are experiencing is the Niacin Flush that occurs after ingesting high doses of Niacin (vitamin B3). This is a known reaction that is perfectly harmless caused by the Niacin expanding your veins thus allowing more blood to flow. Verify this yourself and google Niacin flush. I was not aware of this the first time I took a capsule and I to thought I was having a reaction. Over time the reaction is minimized and taking the capsule with food can make it completely unnoticeable. However, I will say the reaction has given me complete confidence that the ingredients on the label are what is in the capsules. The vitamins in this capsule are different than what you find in most of the alternatives. These are all highly useable by our bodies meaning our bodies don't have to break them down further to absorb them hence why these cost more. I am on my second bottle.

Know your vitamins!
This is the best b complex I have ever taken. The ingredients are top notch and it doesn’t hurt my stomach like most others. I saw some reviews regarding this product and allergic reactions. Please know what you are taking as this product contains niacin. Niacin can give you a “flush” and if you are deficient as most people are even the non flushing form, which this product has as well, can make you flush. A flush can make you just feel a little warm or it can make you feel itchy and hot. This is nothing to be scared of as it only lasts a few minutes and is good for your body to do. I noticed myself if I did not eat with it, the flush was stronger and the directions say to eat something with it. I look forward to trying more products from this company.

A little pricey but labs prove I'm metabolizing it well!
I have had this brand of B complex recommended for its ability to be absorbed even with mthfr (gene mutation). I have been taking it off and on for multiple years at this point and I'm still just as happy with it. I went off of it for a few months last year and my labs came back great! They were in the high normal range! Which is a huge relief that I'm metabolizing these vitamins so well that my body isn't going deficienct even during short breaks in taking them. They're a little pricey when you have other vitamins in your regimine...but they're worth it and I'll continue taking them. I know my body is happy when I do.

With supplements, you "get what you pay for!"
This product may be a bit more costly than some other brands, but I have done my research and it is well worth it if you care about your health enough to invest in supplements. For one thing, the type of Vitamin B6 in this brand, pyridoxal 5-phosphate, is the best form you can get. The cheaper brands instead contain pyridoxine hydrochloride. With pyridoxine hydrchloride, the body has to convert it into an "active" form before it can be used by the body. However, ProThera and other similar excellent companies use pyridoxal 5-phosphate which is already in an active form and so the body can use it right away (without converting it). Some people have illnesses (impaired liver function, older people, those with autism) that limit their ability to make that conversion so that particular type of Vitamin B6 may be totally useless to them. Pyridoxal 5-phosphate has also been shown in research studies to impact the development of Alzheimer's disease (2002 study, University of California, Davis). I am not being reimbursed in any way to write this; I am just a consumer who believes that, with supplements anyway, you usually "get what you pay for." We must do our research on vitamins and supplements before we purchase them.
