Thought provoking
An excellent clearly written and thought provoking book which makes the reader reflect on many health reccomendations conventionally assumed to be true, without backing evidence.

A useful book for lay readers
I like your finding that if breast milk does not contain Vitamin D, it is because the mother is deficient in this nutrient. The book could be reviewed more rigorously before being published, as there are many minor errors. A good and useful book overall.

Only substance and no BS!!
A must read book for everyone including doctors. It doesn't target doctors or any other community, it just awakens the sleeping conscience of everyone who has ever given any health advice.

Eye opening, a must read for all doctors as well as all patients, especially in India
This book peels off many lies that doctors like to tell you when they don’t want to understand the root cause of a disease for example unexplained weight gain. It’s time for doctors to really act like doctors. Also for people to research and not just blindly follow what doctors say to them.

I found this work to be a collection of common sense medical thinking, well written so everyone can understand it. It will help you become an educated patient who takes full part in your own health and health care. There are also helpful listings of books and websites to help you educate yourself. A very good book with thoughtful and challenging ideas. Read it and share it with your friends and family.

I am sceptical about this book. It’s a waste of money I would say. I didn’t learn anything from it and it’s all contradictory. I am disappointed. It is completely not what I expected. If I could I would just return the book.
