Pool Defoamer - Quickly Takes Foam Down - 32 Ounce Quart

The media could not be loaded. I won’t lie, I was skeptical that I would add a chemical to my pool and the foam that was covering about half the pool & was a solid 3 inches thick (after a few hours of the pump running) would disappear quickly. This arrived, I read the directions, put it in the skimmer, & poof, the foam stopped. It was magical. It didn’t make sense. It worked. I didn’t believe it. I checked in 4 hours thinking there would be foam, and there wasn’t. I checked the next morning and no foam. I believe it’s from the water that came off the top of my cover after winter.Update: it rained for 24 hours in my area, we had major flooding, my pool water went up a significant amount. I turned my pump on, and had some foam starting - after a week of my original application. This time I added maybe a tablespoon and it dissipated before my eyes. Still impressed. So I took some photos (and made a video right after I added it - you can see it disappear in the 30 seconds). Like other pool chemicals, maintenance is key.I would fully recommend this product to anyone struggling with foam. I hope my photos and review helps you decide!

Works like a charm!!! Foam was gone very fast. You don't need much either. Highly recommend!!!

Works very well within seconds of adding just 4 ounces. I did have to do it twice as I had a serious foam issue but it's finally dissipated and is just about clear. I recommend this product.

Worked amazingly!

The product itself works well. However, I received the package and opened it to find that my bottle had a hole in it and the amazon bag was filled with liquid. Next, I opened the cap on the bottle to find it had been opened also.
