When I first got serious about eating a really healthy diet, I tried all the superfoods like maca, goji berries, acai berry, and spirulina, as well as Vitamineral Green powder. Not one of them gave me the immediate and true boost in energy that Pure Synergy does. In addition to more overall energy, I feel a greater sense of well-being, mental clarity, and better recovery from exercise - less soreness and stiffness. I've been taking it regularly since March 2011 and it's simply a part of my routine. This has replaced all those other products because I actually get RESULTS! Yes it isn't cheap, but the co. puts a great deal of care into making this product as powerful as it is, and I think the value for how I feel is fantastic. I mix 1 1/2 Tbsp. with 2 cups of water and add a few drops of liquid stevia. I keep stirring it as I drink and I usually need to add a little more water towards the bottom of the glass as it gets a bit more gritty. The taste is a little "seaweedy" to me, so I prefer to drink it separately rather than include it in my green smoothie. Plus it's a great way to get some water in me first thing in the morning! The instructions suggest to start with 1/4 teaspoon and see how your body reacts, then work your way up to 1 1/2 Tbsp. per day. Based on where your body is starting from, you may go through a detox period first and the results may take a little time to show up. I imagine by the time you finish the bottle you will notice a positive difference. If you're considering giving this a shot, I highly recommend going for it! On another note, I love the integrity with which this company does business: One example is that their entire facility is solar powered, and not only do they plant trees to offset their carbon emissions from travel and paper usage, they plant *double* the trees needed to offset their impact. They are truly in it for the long haul and a great model of sustainable + profitable business.

A+++, we were an advocate of AG1 but tired of the monthly expense. I did my research and found Pure Syndergy, bought it, tried it, and sold!!! Not BS...love the clean ingredients, organic ingredients, price is in par with quality so no complaints there. The earthy taste is actually pleasant and exactly what you would expect from natural nature found ingredients. I put 1 tbsp in glass shaker and just a couple shakes and it blends perfectly. I honestly can say it's par or better than AG! and without the sticker shock.

Greens are the best way to abosrb any and every nutrient , if you can. Thus this Synergy superfood mix is a great buy. Anyone who is strongly and for a long time used to a western diet of processed food, this will be a life changer. It might be a life changer to the point of making you sick. This is because with a bad diet of no vegetables and fruits, toxins get stored up in the body. Being stored in fat cells still effects your health but it's the only way your immune system knows how to detox. Taking a dose of Synergy could literally loosen up all these toxins at the same time and your body will have a strong reaction. Work your way up to the suggested doze, or jump right in if you're versed with green supplements. I know it doesn't taste or smell great but that's the point. Anyone who has ever taken green supplements knows that is how it goes. Some companies choose to use heavy sweeteners to mask the taste but then it defeats the point of drinking something so healthy. Think of this as natural medicine, not a fruitshake you're supposed to fully enjoy. What you can however enjoy, is the better life quality you're setting yourself up for into the future. What's great is in Synergy is that quality products are mixed for a daily dosage, taking all the work out of it. You can hunt down individual powders and make your own mix that would probably be cheaper. However the time and money it would cost to buy bulk to make this, would exceed any premium you pay for this mix. I know this might be a bit expensive but if you're taking a multivitamin once a day and think you're covered, you're fooling yourself. Drop that multivitamin and purchase this for money wisely spent. Something like this will be far more beneficial to your health than any other supplement/multivitamin pill. If you take just one thing for health (besides eating well), this should cover you much better than anything on the market.

First of all it does feel very nutritious for your body, but it's not just another greens powder. This has an amazingly​ soothing and uplifting effect on the first day, even starting with a reduced amount. Senses feel stronger and mental clarity and sense of happiness boost up. You actually do feel more vibrant energy flowing through your body - on a level which is definitely not the same with products I've tried that are supposed to be similar. A lot to say for having the right amount of key ingredients without extra fillers to bulk up the bottle. Definitely worth the price considering it's organic, valuable contents. I can use chia seeds and bananas on my own for fiber and such. For $30+ powders I want more of the stuff that isn't at the store down the street. Compare to something like Green Vibrance which is $15 less or so for a similar ounce/gram bottle. Pure Synergy Superfood has 2-3x the stuff I'm actually looking for, and actually all organic. I can half dose Pure Synergy Superfood if I want and get double or more servings for just 35% increase in cost.

this stuff is expensive but if you break it down per 30 day serving, it equates to about $2/day. IF you're using FULL serving size. i only use 1/2 a teaspoon or 1 teaspoon and it appears to not be making much of a dent, therefore the value is superb. i've only been taking it 1 week but already i notice a difference in my energy levels, specifically. i feel more alert and focused. i will wait a few more weeks before writing a full review, but thus far it's working great. i also read about the company and i'm really happy to support it, it appears they are doing good not only for us, but for the environment too. quality ingredients and quality brand. if you don't like the taste i mix mine with orange juice and water and it tastes great. PS i asked the company when the best time to take it was for maximum absorption. You can take it anytime, It won't affect anything as your body will take from it what it needs!~ just don't take it with boiling water or extremely cold water.

This is the BEST greens drink I've tried yet. Very mild tasting and pleasant. I love all the ingredients and really appreciate that there is no sweetener of any kind. I've only just recently started using it after ordering for the first time, but I am going to be regularly purchasing this from now on. I am sure it will help my family's health and strengthen our immune systems as they state. Great product! Love it!

Good day, synergy,... Your products are top-rate. Fantastic. What I'm disappointed in is whenever I deal with Amazon there's usually a screw up like 97% of the time. They're really crappy. This time I didn't order anything I was just checking a price, they're trying to claim I clicked on purchase... I think it's a new tactic where they look at something they send it to you and many people will just keep it anyway. They are dominant but very underhanded company who treats their employees like complete garbage. Often giving them split or Double Split shifts so they have no time to go home in between because the work breaks are too short. I much prefer to spend a little more on a different site. I've been using this product for about 2 months now and really like the results. It's more potent than any supplement I've taken to date which includes green drinks. Shortly after taking it I can feel its effects in my body. Greater energy levels and mental clarity. It's a great way to start the day. The benefit far outweighs the bad taste. That being said mixing it with protein or other ingredients drastically improves the taste. I find it so effective that I only use water. My only recommendation is to ease into the serving size as per the instructions. Had I gone with the full serving on day one it likely would have been too overwhelming for my system.

It makes a huge difference... dealing with winter blues and low energy as soon as fall arrives, I tried this last year and have seen noticeable differences. Looks like this will be my routine as soon as fall arrives.
