As someone who deals with sore knees and works out regularly, this muscle recovery soak has been a lifesaver. This stuff is excellent! I put this in my foot massager and let it do it's thing. My feet feel so much better after a workout or my side gig, which requires a good amount of walking.This also took care of an athlete's foot issue that I've had for awhile. Good salt for the price, cleaned a lot of dead skin off of my feet and made them a little bit softer. Well worth it when its about 1-2 dollars cheaper on here than at the store.
