Q: I'm new to home recording (covid-inspired!). can i plug my guitar into this and connect to pc to record it? is other hardware needed?

This model has only audio outputs, you would have to buy the upgraded models that include audio inputs if you want to record guitar and also you will need some kind of digital audio workstation (DAW) if you want to record in your computer. search for free DAW on google for some free ones or buy Logic, Ableton live or FL studio.

Hi, M-Audio support here! Whilst our AIR|HUB features USB MIDI inputs; the MicroKorg uses 5-Pin MIDI outputs. We recommend using our AIR 192|6 which features a 5-Pin MIDI input and will be suitable for use with your MicroKorg! You can also capture the MicroKorg's inbuilt sounds with our AIR 192|6!
