I recently ordered the HBR book set on Emotional Intelligence, hoping to receive a set of fresh and crisp books. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed when my order arrived. The books I received looked old and had yellowed pages, which was not what I expected from a new purchase. While I have always valued the content from HBR and was looking forward to diving into these books, the physical condition of the set detracted significantly from the overall experience. It felt like I received a second-hand set rather than a brand new one. If you are particular about the physical condition of your books, I would advise checking with the seller to ensure that you are getting a fresh stock. Otherwise, the content is still valuable, but the condition of the books may not meet your expectations.
