Totally worth it and clears psoriasis and dandruff effectively from the first week
I’ve literally repeatedly visited doctors for a span of 9 years and nothing really worked... but after using my first bottle of t-gel I could see tremendous change... the itching has gone, the patches/lesions have reduced.. and it’s definitely worth the money! However this shampoo makes my hair a bit dry in the summer... but such a great relief for my psoriasis and dandruff

Good, but..
The shampoo is effective, but it leaves the hair very dry. Can’t use it for more than 3 days in a week. Hair are getting messed up.

Not effective on dandruff, and causes hair dry and rough
Product is not effective on dandruff, and causes hair dry and rough. Used for few weeks and as per instructions. But product did not solve dandruff problems. It has soothing properties though, it can sooth your scalp of itching for a day. It makes your hair too much dry and thin and rough. I do not recommend this for dandruff treatment.

Old stock
The shampoo itself is great. But the seller tends to clear the old stock with expiry of less than 6 months. Amazon policy is to replace if the expiry is less than 2 months.
