ALL FLAVORS a GO
This Kaimana ahi tuna jerky sampler is a serious upgrade from gas-station jerky: clean ingredients, distinct flavors, and a pleasantly chewy texture that still tastes like real fish rather than mystery meat. Each flavor in the bundle actually tastes different—sweet, spicy, smoky—so it’s fun to work through the pack and find favorites, and the protein hit makes it perfect for work breaks or road trips. It’s pricey but feels like a seafood treat rather than junk food.

Great quality.
Great quality! Great taste. Great texture. Expensive for the very little amount though.

Pretty good
Definitely a great variety pack. Each flavor is wildly different from the last. This will help you hone in on which one you like the most. My advice is don’t eat them all back to back - slow down. It’s a sampler pack. Once you find the one you like, you can order the bigger one of that which will be a lot more $$$ but at least you’ll like it. Or maybe you will hate all of it and move on to the next phase of your mid life crisis. Either way, great value.

Too sweet, was expecting more tuna and less sugar
As someone who loves trying new snacks and is always on the lookout for healthy options, I recently tried out a tuna jerky. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular brand was not very positive, and I would not recommend it to others. One of the biggest issues I had with this tuna jerky was the taste. While I was excited to try a new flavor, I found that the jerky was way too sweet for my liking. Instead of the savory and slightly salty taste that I was expecting from tuna jerky, this particular brand had added a lot of sugar to the mix, which overwhelmed the flavor of the tuna itself. I would have much preferred a plain, unflavored version of the jerky that allowed me to taste the natural flavor of the tuna. Another issue I had with this product was the packaging. The amount of tuna that came in each package was very small, and in my opinion, not worth the cost. I felt like I was paying a premium price for a product that didn't offer much in terms of quantity or quality. Overall, I would not recommend this tuna jerky to others. While I appreciate the idea of a healthy, high-protein snack, the overly sweet flavor and small packaging size were major drawbacks for me. If you're looking for a tasty and satisfying snack, there are likely better options out there that offer a better balance of flavor, quantity, and value for your money.

It's a SAMPLER PACK for those who want to try before buying the bigger bags!
Ancient Hawaiians perfected the art of drying fish to preserve food that could travel across an ocean. And the Hawaiian company, Kaimana Jerky, is known for their delicious tuna jerky, which is a great source of protein and made with 100% wild caught tuna. But which to try first? That's a tough question but fortunately, Kaimana Jerky offers a sampler pack which comes with five .05 oz. packages to help one decide which jerky they are interested in. Included are: The Original Huy Fong Sriracha Ahi Tuna Jerky Teriyaki Tuna Jerky Peppered Tuna Jerky Lemon Peppered Tuna Jerky Original Tuna Jerky And you get a Kaimana Jerky sticker. First, let's just say that if you are open to eating tuna jerky, you'll love Kaimana Tuna Jerky. For one, it's not tough and won't your teeth afterward. The jerky is absolutely delicious and soft to chew. But, you need to love the taste of fish. I know a few people say it tastes fishy and it's important to note, that this is fish... tuna. Some bites may be full of teriyaki or sriracha flavor to hide the fishy taste but this is tuna jerky. So, if you do not want to taste tuna or fish, then this is not for you. But I absolutely love the taste of the tuna jerky and as my friends in Hawaii would say, "This Kaimana tuna jerky broke da mouth!" (ie. this is absolutely delicious!). From the sampler, my personal favorites are: Sriracha Ahi Tuna Jerky, Lemon Peppered Tuna Jerky and the original as my top three in the pack. Now, at $13 you are getting five packs with about four small pieces of jerky. Again, this is a sampler and like all good things from Hawai'i, may it be coffee to aloha shirts, you are going to pay a bit more. Fortunately, for under $13, you can decide if you want to go for the biggest packs. A normal 2 oz pack is about $9, while a 9 oz. goes for $25-$28 in Hawai'i and some of these are available on Amazon and even better deals from their website. But this is only a sampler for those who are stuck between purchasing which flavor and want to sample five of their popular jerky. With that being said, wished there was a sample which included their other flavors such as the Hawaiian Warrior Ahi Tuna Jerky and their Garlic Pepper Ahi Tuna Jerky. But overall, now I know what I like and now I know what larger size packages I want to get! Kaimana Jerky Sampler Pack... Love jerky? Love tuna? Then this jerky is for you!

Good Quality Jerky
Good flavor and tender. I was not a fan of all of the flavors, and my favorite was the sriracha.

extremely delicious but way too expense and i am not poor
I mean, I guess I don't really have my finances in order at the moment, but I have never really paid attention to prices and don't care much about money generally. Anyway, that said, if ahi jerkey wasn't so insanely ridiculously overpriced I would buy enough to have it daily, or every couple days. I bought this sample pack I'm reviewing ("Kaimana Jerky Ahi Tuna Sampler Bundle") and it was these extremely small like how do I describe this.. ok like picture a tiktok video where you've got someone who thinks they are funny putting stuff on their sleeping cat - they keep adding things and stacking it up and you've got this poor sleeping cat with stuff all over him and yeah ok I admit it's a little funny but is what about the dignity of the poor kitty? OK anyway, THESE ahi tuna pouches... you could probably put a thousand of them on a cat and not wake it up. I mean, I really think if you held it over the cat and let go, it might float. Like there is so little ahi jerky in these things, it's like those SNL skits where the guy is in a restaurant and they bring out a plate and it's some tiny portion, like comically small. Anyway Yeah this is not food, this is a weird like "essence of food flavor example pouch" thing. So, to tease yourself, you could get this, so you know what you're missing, but unless you are dramatically independently wealthy, you should just .. like just eat some normal tuna.
