Dynacraft Magna Echo Ridge 26" Bike

This bike is crap, I bought one used and once new. Both came defective and marked up. Amazon isn’t helpful with reimbursement, after riding the second bike the chain popped off mid ride and broke. They said only option is to send it back for a second time instead of sending a replacement part. Very poor quality. 1st order I bought used and brake was broken. 2nd order was brand new except when I opened the box it had a return label from a prior customer and was beat up and knicked.

Bought two of these. a blue 26" for myself and a pink 26" for my wife. the blue one has a shorter wheel base so my foot sometimes hits the front tire when turning if my foot placement on the peddle isn't quite right. the pink one has a slightly longer wheel base and doesn't have that issue. They were both relatively easy to assemble. the seats that come with them are crap but can be easily switched out with an upgraded seat purchased separately.

For the price the bike isnt bad. I still need to make some adjustments but it is rideable out of the box. For a leulisurely rider you cant ask for a lot at the price point. It has wheels and brakes, and everything works. The seat.....is horrendous. Im a little rusty but we did one 45 minute bike ride and my lady parts still have some numbness...its been a few weeks so im not sure how that much damage happened that quickly. Purchased a replacement and im looking forward to trying it with a lot more comfort.

We got this bike for my daughter for Christmas. Put it together. My husband rode around the neighborhood and put a bow on it. She rode it for two days. The pedal popped off and the nightmare began. LESSON 1: Never buy a bike off Amazon. Then we went through the steps to get it repaired. We had to call, wait on hold just to give the customer service rep our email and then correspond via email. After back and forth, multiple time uploading the same photos a week later received a new crank shaft. With no instructions how to replace, no tools and we do not have the required tools and no help. After again multiple emails they basically said, "then just return the bike" Which my response was how? Just take it to Whole foods and drop it off? There response was to contact Amazon. Needless to say don't trust Dynacraft for your bike, customer care and NEVER buy a bike off Amazon. Lesson learned

I’m 5’8” tall and I feel like this bike is boarder line too small for me, but it will work for now. You need about 6 different tools to assemble it. My husband put it together pretty easy, but the front brakes were a pain. You will want to buy a new seat as the seat it comes with is the most uncomfortable bike seat I have ever sat on. Hard as a rock and small. The bike looks nice, colors are bright and vibrant. It’s a basic bike. Nothing special about it.
