Corelle Livingware 1-Quart Serving Bowl, Winter Frost White, Pack of 1

U love the size of it n light it is not heavy at all

This Corelle Winter Frost White one quart Corelle serving bowl is a perfect size for a side dish as mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, etc. The color is perfect because it goes with my other Corelle dinnerware perfectly! This is ideal for a smaller side dish serving bowl, however, below I list the many OTHER uses I have found for this bowl: 1) Soup or stew for one ravenous eater or two average eaters - (I am the HUGE eater). Since I like to eat homemade soups and stews, this is the perfect bowl for me to heat in the microwave and eat. This is kind of funny, however, I am a small person with a huge appetite so this bowl provides me with a BIG bowl of soup or stew. 2) Chef Salad or Taco Salad for one ravenous eater or two average eaters - Large serving this is in this bowl. This bowl holds a lot for one person and this bowl shows off salads because if it's wide top shape. 3) Popcorn - So I love to eat popcorn while watching TV. This bowl is the perfect bowl for popcorn! 4) Leftovers - This is just the right sized bowl if there are leftovers from the night before as this becomes the next day's lunch. 5) How to cover this bowl for the microwave: I place a medium plate (the bread and butter plate) also I have placed the Corelle large dinner place facing down. Great cover and saves on paper towels, wax paper or Saran Wrap. Also I have the 2 Quart Corelle Bowl in Winter Frost White and this I use to bring to pot luck dinners with a side dish. The larger 2 Quart if more for a family of 4 to 8 where a one quart is better for say 2 to 3 people who are average eaters to use as a serving bowl. Highly recommend this serving bowl.

I use my Corelle dishes every day. These 1 quart bowls are great for many uses. I heat in a microwave oven all the time, and Corelle is the best for microwaves. The size is perfect for pastas where lots of room is helpful for eating. Serving out of the bowls is great. Cooking oatmeal in the microwave works better than with any other bowl I have. I can’t begin to list all the uses I have for these bowls. Get some and you’ll love them. I do think they are expensive for Corelle, but they aren’t available much cheaper anywhere else that I can find, and I’m not going to do without them.

I couldn't live without Corelle plain white Winter Frost dishes, in all sizes and varieties. I've used them every day for years. To me, they are the best day to day dishes because: They are almost impossible to break; they nest perfectly; they are lightweight yet very sturdy; you can fit dozens into your dishwasher; they stack super efficiently in your cabinets; they clean up beautifully; they are microwave and even oven safe; The bright white color makes food look great; and they go with everything. I just bought an enormous quantity of new ones to give to my young adult daughter for her first apartment. She grew up with them, and she loves them as much as I do. My only fear is that they will go out of production one day.

These are great bowls. I moved recently and have been unable to find (yet) the 2 I had, so I ordered 2 more (& will probably order a couple more). I wasn't able to find them at my (new) local Wal-Mart but glad I could find them on amazon. The price was good (comparable at Wal-Mart). These bowls ARE microwavable and easy to clean. I also use one for my dog's water dish. They are great for serving, and I also use them for mixing salad. GREAT bowls! nice size.

Can't find all the pieces that exploded when it shattered on my tile floor upon impact... Not as durable as the plates. Be prepared to replace them from time to time.

Perfect & arrived 2 days earlier than expected.

These serving bowls are smaller than I wanted. I had two large serving bowls and I broke one. But these ones work for salads and large bowls of soup. Corelle is a wonderful product I have had sets since I was first married 41 years ago. I currently have 4 sets plus added pieces. Great gift. The only complaint is the prices have really exploded. But Amazon is the rescue I was able to purchase these bowls for a great price

love this 3 bowl set from corelle my mom has 1 just like this and it's lasted 20 years! I love how versatile it is and how lightweight I think these are a good price for the durability and cost per use but I just wish they were a bit bigger!

These bowls are lightweight, attractive and super durable (except when the cat knocks them off the table). My favourite!
