These work well with my printer which recently had a software upgrade causing remanufactured ink to no longer work.I need to toss many inks.New theory do not update or only used OEM ink.Too, the order was part of a package and one part has not yet arrived.

Perfectly packaged and no quality issues. It was the wrong ink for my printer so I had to return it and had zero issues getting a refund.

I ordered this pack and replaced it in my WF-2850 printer. Initially the ink showed full but then the print was coming grainy. So I did the maintenance routine on printer. After that the ink levels dipped to less than 25%. I even called the customer support at Epson and shared all my details and the steps that I had taken, but no response came back. They even did not replace my ink cartridges. And the black cartridge got depleted even without use. The printer is giving me a warning sign to replace the ink. I think both the products of Epson are crap ie printer and ink cartridge. The ugliest part is that after firmware upgrade (which was my huge mistake) it does not allow me to use the scan functionality without replacing the ink cartridges. I would have given zero stars or -ve.Ink capacity:Bad ink capacity, the levels drop fast without much use.Printer functionality:Not good after firmware update Dries quickly:Ink cartridge dries quickly if not used for some time.
