Misleading photo...
For $18+ I was expecting small plants, already rooted up and ready to go in the ground. They should put a picture of a couple random seeds in a plastic bag instead of full-grown oleander plants in full bloom. At the very least, for $18 bucks I would at least hope to see some flashy packaging with the company logo, planting instructions, and perhaps even a photo of what the seeds will become. Total waste of money. I think Walmart sells just this thing for about $0.99 a package.
