My only criticism is for the ultrasound images. Please put a dashed line of the ultrasound beam on the figure so I know where these images were obtained from. There are many planes to which you can get images but it would help to know where these ultrasound planes were.

Book had a bent page straight out of plastic
The book had a page that was bent / partially torn straight out of the plastic wrap. That was unexpected to say the least. A colleague of mine who ordered the same book had a similar experience.
