Don't waste money on product if it doesn't work
Product is a scam. I charged the case and my iPhone 6s overnight at the same time and the case did not charge my iPhone at all. After looking at the LED light, the product itself did not charge at all. Im incredibly angry and will be returning this product and asking for a refund. In case you are looking for a high quality battery case charger, look for MOPHIE. You can buy it on their site. It not only is thinner, it has worked for me for 2-3 years before it gave out. Although it is more expensive, you know guaranteed that the product will work. I bought several from them. This is now one of the worst products I have bought on amazon, I can't believe how cheaply made it is. The case itself was not even charging after being on it for 8 hours straight.

worked for 2 weeks but charging port is flimsy, and now cables don't fit.
This worked great for 2 weeks, but is poorly made. The lightning port is not very secure and the act of plugging a cable into it has caused the port to get pushed back into the body of the case. So now it's too deeply recessed for a cable to be securely plugged into it. Now, because a cable can't be "clicked" securely into the case, the cable just kind of hangs loosely in the lightning port. The case can still be charged this way, but only if you balance the cable very carefully, or maybe tape it into place. I'm returning this and looking for a different design.

Charge your phone and this battery pack case separately!!
I bought this product in the beginning and I slapped my phone into it and start the charge it just like that immediately. Took 12 hours to charge and everything was cool 3 days later it stopped charging all together. So I got a replacement and this new one I have been charging separate from the phone like I do not charge the phone and the battery pack case together because last time that made it short out and stopped working. So far so good but it seems to me that the battery life is getting shorter and shorter every single day I'm not sure if I'm going to keep this or just return it I haven't decided yet.On a lighter note it's a hell of a lot easier to throw $26 away than it is to throw $180 away. That's how much the Apple version of this thing costs

Side Buttons Require a Lot of Pressure, Charging is Erratic, Not all Jacks Fit
I'm returning this item mainly because:1) The user has to bend in the stiff plastic case to activate the side buttons. While I probably could use the exercise to improve my grip, I can't imagine having to push so hard every time I want to change volume or turn off the screen.2) The charging of the battery was strangely erratic. I let the battery run down to 20% and then activated the auxiliary battery, but sometimes it only charged a few percent and then stopped.3) The case made it impossible for me to insert some 3.5 mm jacks, such as for my Bose headphones, into the phone. Removing the phone from the battery case to accommodate the jack is a bit of a pain. I could have bought an extender, but I didn't want to.I have an Anker battery case which has open holes for the buttons and so they're easy to use. It, too, cannot accommodate some 3.5 mm jacks, but I can slide the phone out of the case easily so it can take all jacks. Also, it requires a micro USB to charge. So, I thought a new case would fix those issues, but instead a new one seems to have more problems than the Anker, which I'm going back to.Unfortunately, as best I can tell, all the battery cases available have the same issues with functionality that I found, and I can't find any by Anker these days. I guess they've stopped making them, which is too bad.

Nope, nope, nope
I bought 2 cases and both of them have the same issues: charging port does not hold onto lightning cable, battery will be fully charged but when I press the button to have it charge my phone the battery will only charge for about a minute before shutting off, the rim of the case is so low that your screen gets scratched up if you don’t have a screen protector on.I tried contacting the seller about the warranty it claims to have, no one responded to me.This case is such a waste of money, do not buy it!

Impressive.
The battery lasts forever. Was traveling through Southeast Asia without power access for days and would have been dead without this. My iPhone 6 doesn’t even make it a full day without a charge, but this thing can carry me through about three days with zero charge. The matte black finish is beginning to peel and I’ve only had it three months, but it hasn’t affected its functionality.

Proper removal of the battery case.
This is a really good product for extending battery life. The case will not recharge if connected to the phone. so you must be very careful to remove the battery pack when you need to recharge the pack. If you don't remove the pack properly, the delicate USB connector on the battery breaks easily. The proper way to remove the pack is to first pop off the top part of the phone away from the battery pack, then you have to slide the phone upwards to disconnect the USB battery connector. If you don't do this, the USB connector will break and the battery pack becomes useless.

Slightly bummed but over all works great
It’s sturdy and has a super long life! But I had to dock a star because the Apple charger already doesn’t work. I can still use the middle port and plug in a cable charger but it’s still kind of a bummer. I don’t want to have to carry the cables around but not the worst problem to have. Now if that middle port stops working I’m gonna be REAL mad, for a $50 charger.
