Atlantic 3000+ Live copepods Tisbe biminiensis 8oz

Pods arrived as expected. Lots of life in the bottle. I split the bottle into 4 separate mason jars and started cultures. I have more pods than my mandarin can eat. None of my cultures have crashed. I started feeding phytofeast(concentrated dead phytoplankton) the first few weeks which left a large amount of waste at the bottom of the culture requiring more cleaning. Once I had my live phytoplankton cultures up and running i cleaned the jars and transfers the four mason jars into two 1/2 gallon jars. I have two half gallon jar of phyto culture running and two half gallon jars of pod culture running. Nothing has crashed yet. I have so many pods in my 29 gallon bow front that it clouds the water and I have to scrub the glass to have a crystal view. Only pod predator that I have is a mandarin that is very fat and and always hungry. If you do your research before ordering these and don’t rush you WILL be successful Also note that when I cleaned my pod culture and started using live vs dead phyto my pods reproduced noticeably faster within a week with ALOT less waste Hope this helps! There were numerous adult tisbe pods in the bottle. I was very impressed with the quality of the pods and will definitely be repeat customer. The only issue was that it appeared that the delivery carrier dropped something on the box and a cool pack exploded and the whole box was a dripping mess delivered by U.S. Postal. I gave a 5 stars because I believe this was not the fault of the seller and they packed excellent quality pods. My mandarins love the pods. Update to previous order... On my 2nd order pods arrived in excellent condition...seller packed cold pack in plastic bag as requested...I will be regular customer if orders stay same price and high number of pods stays the same.. A1 seller...

I added the bottles to a culture vessel and not my aquarium. I had my doubts when I took them from the box and the cold pack was thawed and the package took over a week to be delivered. Box was well insulated, seller just chose to use slowest shipping option available. The day I started the tisbe culture I also split a tigger pod culture into two separate vessels and both of those are absolutely busting at the seams with pods and they take longer to reproduce than tisbe pods do. Tisbe pod culture still shows no signs of life. So either I received two plain bottles of water, or the seller cheaped out on shipping and everything died in transit. Either way buy at your own risk or take my advice and go with ALGAE BARN as they are probably the most reliable copepod seller there is! Update: contacted seller about the issue and they have not bothered to address the issue. Very poor business if you ask me!

Product was great, however it was late in shipping.

I ordered Oct. 4th 2020. Product arrived Oct. 16th 2020. The shipping time was noted when i ordered, so i expected it to take as long as it did. I hope with future orders, that can improve. The package arrived intact and was well insulated. In comparrison to that alge place, it is half the size but packed with pods. Pleasently suprised! I will be ordering again if the price doesnt go up!

This product was perfectly packaged! The cool pack was still very cold when I received it. Great packaging! All the copepods were still alive and swimming! Great shipping times too. Very happy and will be ordering again in the future. Great product especially for the price.
