Taken just before bedtime and I’m sleeping better. This was the most recommended dose.

Best time release
Best melatonin I have used. I cut it in half for a 1mg dose. Highly recommend.

They work great!
These are effective and small/thin enough they're easy to take. After taking them for about 3 months, I was sleeping better but also started sweating more in my sleep. The last 2 weeks I've started breaking them in half and taking half a tablet at bedtime, and it seems to have fixed the sweating with no compromise on sleep quality.
